My First Ever Blockchain Game Journey with Splinterlands

Hope the day is going well for you and it's going well for me also.

Very happy to be part of this game which is known as Splinterlands and congratulations to everyone for making this fantastic achievement. I mean to say the game has completed six years in the blockchain world and it's a great achievement. I have seen how projects have vanished in a very short amount of time if they are not strong enough. Strong means the fundamentals for the project and if fundamentals are strong then things are going to stay longer in this market.

Last year I started my in-game journey with the splinter lands and this is my first ever play-to-earn game. I don't play any other game and have no plan to do this because my schedule is not allowing me to do so. I follow a hectic schedule at my workplace and there is no point adding something to my bucket when my schedule is busy and I'm not able to give it enough time. If I talk about my overall gaming experience with splinterlands then this has been just amazing. I take this opportunity to talk about my gaming journey that was started last year with this splinterlands and still, it's so much fun.

Discovery of Splinterlands:-

I got to know about this game through social media and also through the posts on the Hive. I was not active at that time but I was spending some time reading different articles. Even now I am not very active with content creation because whenever my schedule is okay I can do that but when it is not then I don't do it. Still, because of my busy schedule, I managed to play the game every day and that's what makes me excited to play this game and I'm happy that I got to know about this game. In my case, I can say that I got to know about this through social media and I'm very happy that this is the project I am part of as a player.

Duration of Participation:-

I'm about to complete one year with this game and so far my journey has been fun and amazing along with the fantastic experience in the game. I'm not a new addition to the game but surely I am going to be a long-term player because I believe that this game will be much more valuable in the future and now is the time to be part of it if in case you are not.

Time Spent in Splinterlands:-

My schedule for the game is almost fixed where I spend almost 30 minutes in a day from Monday to Friday but on the weekend it is more than one hour and sometimes even more. Weekend is the time when I play more battles because my schedule is free but on weekdays I don't get much time so I minus things in just half an hour. I don't post every day because of the schedule but I play the game every day no matter what schedule I follow.

Accomplishments:-

I have been mostly dependent upon the rental market since the beginning and I enjoyed it because without investing much in the cars I can get some high-value cards. I have limited resources and with those resources, I can't get some legendary and expensive cards but with the rental market, it is possible. Thanks to the team who have created the rental market which is very helpful for players especially the new people who are not holding so many cards in the game. This is also helping the existing players to earn some income because if they are not using the card they can also generate some revenue by giving it to other players for playing. I have played in the Gold League which I think is no less than any achievement for me but I will continue to grow.

Upcoming Goals:-

I want to see myself playing in the higher league and holding a decent bunch of cars and tokens in the game. This is my long-term goal in the game and I am hoping that this will take a couple of years for me to be there. It is fine and I'm quite confident that this will be possible because I believe in the game and will stick to the project for a long time so I have passion and with confidence I am sure that things are going to happen the way I want.

Advice for Beginners:-

I also consider myself a beginner in the game even after completing more than 10 months but if I need to give some advice to beginners I can say that you need to learn the game first before playing. If you have limited resources then start using the rental market instead of buying the card because that will be a time-consuming process. The rental market is cheap these days and you get some highly expensive and powerful cars at a discounted price in the rental market so this place can help you a lot and create a valuable card deck for the battle.

Conclusion

Once again I'm very happy that I am part of this project as a player and this project itself has completed six years which is a very long time. I'm sure that this is going to be much more maybe ten and even more than that because things are getting built up and I am expecting significant growth coming to this project in this bull run cycle which might start this year or the next year. I can't predict the market but I can predict the game because of the growing community and hopefully, things go the way we all players want so that we can cherish our in-game journey with this fantastic game called Splinterlands.
