I can't say a lot about these cards as I know very little.
So I'm taking help from "lore" of steemmonsters.com to show a proper details about these cards.

GOBLIN MECH 2X

This mechanical monstrosity is a recent creation of Gurklies Gobson, the wild and wealthy Goblin scientist. As with everything the Goblins make, it runs on Goblin power, meaning that it’s full of Goblins, turning cranks and pulling levers. The Mech is run by seven Goblins in addition to the pilot. My opinion about GOBLIN MECH:

It's everything is good except the amount of mana. It costs 10 mana which is a lot for a match.
It's attack power, speed, health, shield everything is nice.
Once I made it higher level for me and then sold it as I don't find it so helpful because of it's higher need of mana.

CREEPING OOZE

For as long as anyone remembers, the fire mountain of Bren-Ha has spewed nothing but smoke and lava. Lately from its cracks, a small Creeping Ooze has been seeping. It cannot be stopped, and it absorbs anything in its creeping path. To make things worse, it managed to board a boat and escape Mortis. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about CREEPING OOZE:

What should I say about it?
I really can't think of playing a match without this card.
Yeah I just like this card too much.

CRYSTAL WEREWOLF

Something had been mutilating the livestock in Shimmer City. The Crystal Werewolf was discovered when the Order of the Silver Shield set up a stakeout party one full moon night. The platoon was torn to ribbons, and there were no survivors to tell the tale. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about CRYSTAL WEREWOLF:

Rare Life Monster.
Although I don't play with it much but i like it.
I like it's "silence" ability.
I normally play without this card when I can play with Silvershield Paladin but when that card is not available for the match... I set this card for melee attack.
It's a nice one.

WOOD NYMPH 5X

A peculiar new bud appeared at the tips of the highest branches of the Elder Tree. The animals living in the tree watched as the strange buds grew, and in a matter of days, burst open. From each bud zoomed forth a tiny sprite. These Wood Nymphs quickly scattered around Anumün in a frenzy of mischief. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about WOOD NYMPH:

I didn't like this card that much earlier as I didn't like earth splinter. But I like that splinter so much nowadays and this card is a great asset for earth splinter.
This card has slight tank heal option which allows it to heal it's health in portion.
With 6 level, it unlocks the ability as "Strengthen".

EXPLODING DWARF 5X

The aptly named Exploding Dwarves are newcomers to the Splinterlands. No one knows from whence they came; the Dwarves simply emerged from the Molten Mountain caverns a decade ago, quickly reproducing and settling across the Burning Lands. It is best to keep distance from them (especially when they are exploding). Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about EXPLODING DWARF:

I never did found it helpful, don't know why. I've seen many players using it in many matches and it did fantastic job. But i just don't find it helpful.
So I normally sell/convert this card.

HIGHLAND ARCHER 3X

The Highland Archers live in the mountains that surround the Life Splinter. They were trained by the Centauri Bowmen of Anumün, and migrated from Lyveria several generations ago. The Order of the Silver Shield does not interfere with the Archers’ simple existence high in the mountains of Khymeria. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about HIGHLAND ARCHER:

It's a nice card for neutral.
For 3 mana; it gives a good support to the team when it is in a higher level.
I didn't like this card at first sight but now I like it as it's a helpful one.
Sometime it becomes a great asset and other time it doesn't.
I can give it a ranking of 7 out of 10.

SILVERSHIELD ARCHERS 3X

The Order of the Silver Shield paid multiple fortunes to hire Centaur Bowmen to train their Archers. The expense was worth it, for the Archers of the Silver Shield are second in accuracy and precision only to the Centauri themselves. They always carry a backup crossbow in their concealed ankle holsters. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about SILVERSHIELD ARCHERS:

From the beginning of my steemmonsters career; I liked life splinter the most.
And this card is a helpful one for that splinter with a very little mana.
Yeah it costs only 2 mana and with a higher level... it can be a great asset.
Although I once sold this card with a high level and then bought it again after I understood that it was a mistake.

VAMPIRE

Some Dark Eternals choose to turn their back on the Dark Codex, giving in to the temptation of Soul Harvesting. It is a disgusting and archaic practice that takes over the soul of its practicer. Eventually the Soul Harvester becomes addicted, needing to feed off living souls to survive. This is the birth of a Vampire. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about VAMPIRE:

In one sentence... I hate this card.
It's a total massacre.
Although it helped me in a match long ago as far as i can remember.
I had it with higher level and then I sold/converted it.

SEA GENIE 2X

The Sea Genie simply waits quietly in his dark, deep lair at the foot of Maka Peak. He is the only resident of the Cave of Mysteries, a powerhouse of magical force. The Genie was first summoned hundreds of years ago, and now he is prisoner to the ΛZMΛRÉ summoners, doing only their bidding and little else. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about SEA GENIE:

It looks like the genie of Aladin.
So cool, right?
Although there is not any summoner like Aladin in water splinter.
Yeah it's of water splinter and I don't play with water splinter.
I had this card with high level and then sold/converted it when I stopped playing with water splinter.

PHANTOM SOLDIER

Phantom Soldiers, with their eerie and mysterious dark glow, have been growing in number as more Khymerian soldiers sign the Dark Contract. Their original light has been corrupted; they have been reborn as ferocious warrior mages of the Death Splinter. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about PHANTOM SOLDIER:

It's one of my favorite and most used card for death splinter.
I use this card whenever I get the match with 25 mana or more than that.
It's a very useful and powerful card.
Now I have this card at level 4 which gives both "Flying" and "Silence" abilities.

RUSTY ANDROID

Several Lyverian farmers reported seeing a strange blue light rushing down from the sky one evening and landing with a crash in the fields. Later that evening, a strange metal-skinned device calling itself Rusty Android was making friends with the locals in the tavern. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about RUSTY ANDROID:

Honestly... I was so excited after I got my first rusty android when the reward card arrived newly.
I even submitted a blogpost about it and made it higher level for me.
But I didn't find it helpful so stopped using it and I sell/convert every single rusty android that I get.

SEA MONSTER 2X

There are rumors of Sea Monsters that can swallow a ship whole. The truth is, there are Sea Monsters big enough to swallow the Sea Monster that swallowed the ship whole. Most land lubbers cannot conceive how deep within the planet or how far beyond the horizon the oceans go. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about SEA MONSTER:

It was my very first choice whenever I played with water splinter.
Although it costs high mana; it's attack power was great with it's healing power.
Right now I don't use it as I stopped playing with water splinter.

UNDEAD MINOTAUR 2X (Gold+Non Gold)

The creatures of Anumün generally despise the Dark Eternals. There are few Goblins or Lyverians who give up their souls by signing the Dark Contract, but the nomadic Minotaurs of the south are simple-minded. They can occasionally be tricked into signing by the more devious Dark Eternal Missionaries. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about UNDEAD MINOTAUR:

It's another card that I don't think that I used it for a single match.
It's in death splinter and death is one of my favorite splinter for some great and helpful cards.
But this one?
I just don't like it.
It costs 6 mana yet it's not giving a good potential as I think.

PIRATE ARCHER

The Pirates of ΛZMΛRÉ have destroyed countless ships and crews with muskets and cannons, but recently they have added archery to their arsenal. Their arrows explode into flame upon contact. When they attack at night, the Archers like to go for the sails first; it makes a nice light show. Source of Image & Details.

My opinion about PIRATE ARCHER:

It's a nice and helpful card for water splinter.
I used to play with it and I liked it actually.
It costs only 2 mana while it has "Blast" ability.
Sold this card after I stopped playing with water splinter.
