Don't worry you'll learn all these things soon if you try to.
for this challenge, you may check out the entries of other peoples so that you know how they're doing it and then you'll be able to make your own format.
and you may check the challenge post as well where you'll get a post link from where you'll be able to learn markdowns and other things like how you may write a good post.
