Welcome to my monthly review! I started to play Splinterlands at the end of November 2021 right before the Chaos Legion cards were released. Since then, I have accumulated roughly 37k in owned collection power (although I rent about 40k in order to compete in the Silver I league).

I enjoy really enjoy the gameplay of Splinterlands and it's even better knowing that I am able to earn while I play.

Thanks to Splintershare.info, you can see just how much you're earning from each of your daily rewards as well as your monthly total. I find it to be a great tool for keeping track and watching your collection grow!

For the month of April, I earned a total of $21.20 from rewards. That is from playing my daily quests in Silver I and capturing the end of season rewards in either Silver I or Gold III. No Legendary cards but I did snag 2 Gold Foil rares and 3 packs! Also, any cards is a great reward in my opinion so it's nice to see so many cards rewarded for the month.

It costs me roughly 80 DEC/day in rental fees to maintain 70k CP in order to play in Silver I.

Keep in mind that these are strictly reward earnings. It doesn't even include SPS airdrops, staking rewards, or LP rewards!

For reference, this is with about $400 in owned cards.

I opened the 3 Chaos packs that I received from my daily and end of season rewards. 2 of the packs weren't so great but the last one had a Gold Foil Venari Bonesmith which is one of my favorite death cards! Regardless of the value, I always enjoy receiving a pack from the chests. That was a very welcome addition to the reward system.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I'm extremely happy with how my month has gone. I spent the time leveling up my Life Deck with General Sloan as my main summoner which allowed me to increase my win rate from about 55% to 65%! I'm looking forward to the new reward system as well as the Modern/Wild format changes.
