Splinterlands - Entered Silver II league for this season

Its been more than 2 days since I opened and played steemmonsters/splinterlands. There have been serious glitches in the chain for the past two days preventing people from creating new blocks. We don't have any concrete information yet but some of the nodes seem to work fine now. Two days back after the start of the new season, the first splinter I got for the daily quest was Death Splinter. As always, Death splinter is something that is not usually very comfortable for me. But, I somehow managed to complete the quest with Death splinter the other day.

Today the splinter was Water splinter for me and I somehow managed to complete the quest and reach Silver II league. I had to drain my ECR to complete the quest and reach Silver II so that I can get some extra cards. I got 3 cards from my daily quest today.

We have not heard anything from the Steemit blog yet about the inconsistencies we currently have in the chain. We also don't know when there will be the next halt of the chain because things are happening unexpectedly. I wanted to complete the daily quest for today at least so that I can make a post about it as its been 2 days already since my last post.
