Gold League Thaddius $300 Investment

In this post I will share my strat for investment. The time has come for me to build a solid gold deck as a platform for a solid income, allowing me to reduce the amount of DEC I spend every day playing at this level. After a deep-thinking process, I have decided to put my money into Thaddius. I am planning to run 2 summoners (Thaddius + Kelya), + Dragon! This is about 3.000$ in cards today. With 10% of this investment, I can build a solid gold-level deck. That's a quick win! Hope you enjoy it!

Why Thaddius?

Debuffing your enemy troops is the word that best defines Death summoner. You do have not the fastest, the strongest, or the best / stats creatures, but you've got access to a complete set of debuffs. Playing Death Summoner is fun, you have to think about what of your possible moves will annoy more to your enemy, anticipate his moves to win the match. Thaddius forces players to deeply analyze opponents' preferences, which in my opinion is the most important part of the game.

The debuffs almost fit in most parts of combat rules. Thaddius is the summoner that easily avoids Magic Damage melting (this kind of situation when you don't predict magic damage and your army melts).
The most important part of the game is taking a look at your opponent's preferences in preparation time. You have to guess what he/she will choose and set a counterplan. Learning playing Thaddius makes you better with other summoners.
Thaddius deck is one of the most competitive to play Gold level. For 300$ you can get a great deck. You'll see more information in the budget part.

As I've told you, I have taken a budget of $300 and taken prices of @peakmonsters, I recommend everyone using this service there are plenty of posts with all their features but if you need help, just contact me!

Thaddius Brood Gold Tier toolbook

Thaddius is full of resources (most of them debuffing enemy attributes). I've made a picture trying to summarize some of them. I am sure that you have plenty of other ideas but in my opinion, there are four main points. I will illustrate them with an example:

Access to the three attack source debuffs - the budget we manage for Gold Tier, has access to 3 debuffs. Harklaw can debuff attack, Riftwing can debuff ranged and Thaddius can silence enemies. This factor prevents a great amount of enemy damage.

In the example above, I managed to debuff the enemy attack by 3 points, which resulted decisive in my victory. See the whole battle

Combat situations also a great point to consider when playing Thaddius is that you can present such different armies that take profit from Battle conditions. In the example below, I take the victory in a Little League & Equalizer battle because I take an enormous advantage with Venari Bonesmith and Life Sapper that leads me to victory - battle:

Also in the budget I have made there are a couple of creatures with Affliction. Affliction is a great ability to forbid those annoying healings. Shadow snitch is a great offtank that has given me lots of glories as you can see in the battle - also take note of the massive butchery performed by Death Elemental:

Finally but not less important, you'll love Cursed Windeku and his mate of adventure Weirding Warrior. I can't imagine any better way of spending 8 mana much better than these two bros. In the example, an Opportunity Noxious battle, I use Windeku to cover my back line, while he supports noxious damage with auto heal, Weirding amplifies Windeku damage if needed and destroys Harklaw army.
