To participate in the pre-sale event you absolutely need to have Splintershards in Stake in order to receive your vouchers, remembering that only 1 million vouchers will be distributed during the pre-sale period.

The voucher distribution system will last during the 30 days of the pre-sale event, and, as stated above, you need to have Splintershards in Stake to receive them according to a calculation of how much stake you have with the total stake of existing SPS. The more SPS in Stake the more vouchers.
