On the brink of losing a battle

This is my entry post for the Social Media Challenge "" organized by splinterlands.

This is the sentences form splinterlands' post.

When I checked my opponent battle history he is in the Focus of Life splinter and he used magic attack monsters. So I decided to use following line-up for this battle.

My opponent's deck is maxed gold level but my deck is only at maxed silver level so different is a whole level. When I saw his line-up I thought I will lose this battle. Eventually I won in the end. This is the feeling give from Splinterlands to us. It is good till the last drop.

Rule Set:

• Fog of War - Monsters lose the Sneak and Snipe abilities.
• Even Stevens - Only Monsters with even Mana costs may be used in battles.
  

TORRENT FIEND

A scape goat that worths dying for his comrades. Nothing to say more about him.

Prismatic Energy

Prismatic Energy plays important role in this battle. It has high [Health] and [Magic Reflect] ability. This monster is the best to counter enemy's magic attack monsters. Actuall it is at level 5 but my summoner's level is not high enough to summon level 5 version of this monster.

Ruler of the Seas

I only have level 1 Ruler of the Seas. This monster is very good because of [Blast] ability but quite vunerable if enemy used double [Magic Reflect] line-up. But this is the best monster in this battle.

Pirate Archer

This monster also has [Blast] ability. I used double [Blast] line-up. Though it is not very effective because one is magic attacker and one is ranged attacker.

Furious Chicken

This is one of my favorite monster. It is gold foil version so I can get more reward because of it. This monster serve as a scape goat in deed.

Battle History

My opponent's deck level is quite high. It is very hard for me. I am lucky that he did not have a healing monster. Even though he chose summoner that can increase his monsters' [Health] it is not enough.

[Slow] and {Opportunities] abilities are quite troublesome in this battle. One of my Pirate Archer's attack missed. It is lucky that my magic attacks did not miss.

Now I has only two monsters and my opponent has three monsters. But his ranged monster can not attack so this is good for me.

I only has one monster and my opponent has two monster. The situation is the same as above image.

Final scene. I won this battle because my monster is magic attack type monster while we are at the same speed. I will win clearly if I have a level 2 Ruler of the Seas.
