Legendary Summoner Speculation and Card Value Boosts: Death
Here is an article speculating at the new death legendary that will be released later this year in chaos legion. I have no behind the scenes knowledge on this and is just for speculative purposes.

Death splinter with resurrect? Seems like a perfect match. There are a lot of low health monsters on the death team and this ability would be great for low mana matches. Also, the life leech and scavenge monsters throughout the death team could provide a prolonged time to live even after a resurrect.
Death summoners have been notoriously nerf heavy rather than buffing it’s own monsters. That continues with my second ability by decreasing speed by two. There are several monsters who give slow on the death team as well as high speed monsters at level one. We will talk about specific monsters below.
Phase is an ability almost never seen in bronze and silver. Adding a summoner with this would create a great counter to the magic meta in lower leagues. Some may say we already have owster but many times he is not powerful enough without an amplify due to the massive magic damage alric and obsidian provide.

Fallen Specter
