Liking these reward updates. Great thoughts Bulldog. One thing I'd love to to see added would be ECR Potions implemented to purchase for SPS/DEC/COINS and/or less ECR drain the more SPS you stake to reward/encourage hodling.
Well season rentals would be on average higher to compensate for EOS price spikes I would think. But could also be lower too due to less requirement for micromanagement and longer term income guarantee. Daily would be more volatile so it's a risk/verses reward for renters. But it's a win/win for both those renting out and renters. Less micro-management on both sides and guratees for both parties. I think it would have appeal.
