The elemental of the water splinter that recede into the deeper reaches of the Dark Water,

Hello famz!

There was a recent update about a phishing attack going on in which a user named hive announcement is sending private message to user on discord asking them to upgrade their wallet, do not fall for such tricks and never click on any link that will make hackers take control of your account, keep your wallet safe!.

Today's battle challenge post is about an old monster that exist in beta and alpha version, these were the first version of cards released on splinterlands, it belongs to the water splinter and it is a rare monster...

the more skilled summoners of ΛZMΛRÉ can summon water in its Elemental form. After the Water Elemental completes its summoned duty, it simply goes free. Most of them recede into the deeper reaches of the Dark Water, joining the Elemental Hordes of the Deep.

This monster is endowed with a good ability and stats, it has a long life and a high speed, it has healing and dodge ability which makes it hard for some monsters to hit it and hence most time it is being used as a defence at the back.

I was paired with handtalks in a noxious fume and silenced summoners rules which can;t be taken lightly especially the noxious fume which happen to be a deadly rule that is fatal to all monsters except those with immunity ability.

I pondered for a while before i decided to go with the water splinter and also use this line up which i will be explaining below.

Line up

  • Naga warrior

i used naga at the front because my instinct tells me my opponent will not use many magic monsters due to the silenced summoner rule and naga can help defeat this opponent with her enrage ability in no time and that was exactly what happened as the flesh golem has no chance against the mighty naga warrior who is very brutal on the battle ground and have no regards for no one.


  • Mermaid healer

The mermaid healer is well known for her cleansing ability and that is why i use it in the second position to get rid of the poison afflicted on the naga, the triage ability will also help to keep the monsters at the back in the battle for a longer period and just as expected she did great.


  • Crustacean king

To make sure naga have more chance at fighting to win, an healer need to be used to supplement her blood and that is where crustacean becomes useful and its protect ability will save my monsters from a single hit too..


  • Medusa and enchanted pixie

I used this two monsters for their magic attack because magic penetrate easily and faster than melee and range and luckily for me the opponent didn't use a magic reflect monster as that would have been disastrous to my magic monsters.


  • Water elemental

The water elemental serves as a defense against sneak attackers and i also rely on his healing ability to save me from the noxious fumes rules incase my front monsters fail in the battle but luckily i never had to depend on the elemental to win the battle..


That was how i win the battle and if you are a good observer, you will notice i use the ts-dragon account battle for this post, it is simply because i rarely use water elemental on shoemanchu, there are better cards that can fill his space, just like poseidon with the immunity ability can take the last position and even do better instead of water elemental, so can cube also heal better but ts-dragon lacks those cards...
