Hoping everyone is having a very good week, I have been a bit complicated to publish in these past few days, due to some technical problems, however, I have wanted since last week to be able to publish about the previous week's challenge on the "Kobold Miner". I want to thank again @splinterlands and @carrieallen for giving us the opportunity to continue sharing content regarding this wonderful game and encouraging us to continue being on the battlefield and improve our strategies and skills.

Now, referring to the challenge with the "Kobold Miner", I was simply delighted, this is because the "Fire Splinter", is one of my favorites, besides being my second strongest Splinter, so I had a lot of fun doing this battle and although it was before the updates made by the core team of the game, I could save this battle for the end to explain my game strategy using the card in question.

Now let's get to know this letter in depth, come with me...

The "Kobold Miner" is a great and incredible card from the first editions of the game, specifically the "Alpha and Beta", in this sense, we are talking about one of the first "Common" type monsters of the game and with the native ability of "Sneak". This card is very useful in the battlefield, with such a 2 mana dolo, it becomes one of the cards I have used in most of my strategies when I want to quickly finish with my opponent's baseline.

In its evolution with monster it doesn't acquire any other skill besides "Sneak", however, this is compensated by acquiring speed, life and attack power, so it's a very good card to use as long as we manage to give it a place in our ranks strategically so it can really hurt our opponent. Before going to the description of the battle, I leave you with the statistics of this incredible card so you can check and reconsider joining it to your decks if you haven't already done so.

It didn't take me long to get my ideal battle for victory, as I said I had already saved a good battle where my strategy worked perfectly against my opponent. The great skills of my summoner and my monsters, allowed me to almost completely defeat my opponent, and the great attack power of my cards managed to easily defeat his monsters, so this was my main objective, to use my great attack power against him.

!

Malric Inferno

Of course this is my chosen summoner for my battle, it's the strongest of my deck of fire, so don't hesitate to use it. Basically, I used it in order to use at 100% the level of all my monsters, besides this my central objective as I already mentioned, was to be able to use the great attack power of my monsters melee, thanks to the ability of my Malric to increase in one point the attack of them.

Cerberus

Although the mana of my battle was medium high, I decided to use one of my favorite monsters which is undoubtedly my "Cerberus", this is due to its great resistance thanks to its ability of "Heal", its speed and its high power of attack. Besides all this, he has a second very good skill, which helps to increase his resistance and at the same time gives a great damage to my opponent, this is "Retaliate", which returns immediately a propitiated attack from my enemy

Flame Monkey

The monster that I chose as a backup to relieve my "Cerberus", this is my "Flame Monkey", which thanks to the Armored battle rule, had two points of armor, although it's a monster with poor health, my plan to place it in this position, was to get a little more time, so that my back cards could continue attacking, In addition to this, it not only gave me time, but also gave me a plus of defense to all my cards thanks to its ability "Repair", which repairs the shield of any of my cards with the greatest damage, this would allow me to increase the defense of my entire team and in turn attack in a more comfortable way.

Kobold Miner

One of my main card in the attack, and of course the letter of challenge. As I said this is a great card, my strategy to use it correctly, was to be able to hit and do a great damage to my opponent's last monster. Thanks to my Malric and the next card that I still have to describe, I could get more speed and attack power to increase the damage.

!

Flame Imp

A very good card and indispensable in my team. This is because, thanks to his skill called "Swiftened", which gives one more point of speed to all the cards of my game, so this was part of my strategy, since I like very much to gain advantage against my opponents using the speed of my monsters. Besides all this, also my "Flame Imp" at level 5, has 2 magic attack points, which helps a lot also to the melee attack power of my monsters.

Beetle Queen

He is a fundamental part of my team, thanks to his "Tank Heal" skill, since he gives much more defense to my tank "Cerberus", supporting his native "Heal" skill. Besides, it's not the only way he supports it, because his 2 point magic attack power also causes a great damage to his tank, this without emphasizing his great speed, which was one of my main objectives when I was thinking my strategy, giving me advantage when attacking first.

Sand Worm

One of my strongest monsters with the melee attack power of my field, ascending this to 7 points thanks to my "Malric", so that, together with my "Kobold Miner", they made a total of 10 attack points, causing great damage to my opponent's back line thanks to their "Sneak" skills.

My strategy worked well, since my main objective was to use my Malric, to give all my melee monsters one more point of attack, giving an incredible strength to my cards in this sense, besides other of my strengths was to increase the speed of each of my cards with my "Flame Imp", which gave the final blow to my opponent.

The truth is that I always make these combinations with my Fire Splinter, because as I said before, it's one of my favourites and the second strongest in my collection.

image.png

Of course, it's a great card and one that can't be missed in every one of my strategies using my Fire Splinter. The Kobold conforms to basically all the rules of battle, plus its low mana, allows me to always use it depending on my strategy, that is, if I will attack the front line of my opponent or the back line.

Whoa. This is an excellent article.
I love all your explanations for all the things!
Plus, your formatting is beautiful!

I'm also a little partial to the Fire Splinter. In the beginning Malric was my fave summoner so I leveled him up quickly. Oh! And I really love Cerberus too! Sometimes too much. 🤣 Like, I may put him in battle when he's not really suited.... but he still tries for me.

Thanks for taking time to make this awesome.
