"Aquatus wait!" was heard in the distance, but the young man paid no heed to the warning voice and continued on his way.

As he went deeper into the darkness he could glimpse a light, it was as if it was calling him, so he could not look back but only move forward.

When he reached the light he found himself again in complete darkness, in such a situation he did not know what was happening. "Is it a mirage?" thought the young man, but moments later a mysterious being appeared.

"So you are the King's son," he said.

"Who are you?" asked Aquatus.

"My name is of no importance", he answered, after that he told him the following: "You are the one chosen to take the power, my power, with it you will defeat the King and you will consummate my revenge".

Before such words, Aquatus was surprised, but within himself the astonishment gave way to opportunity. For the young man this was a confirmation of what he was looking for, Power, to leave the banishment and take the place that in his opinion he deserved.

After a long time of conversation between the two, the dark presence indicated to him that he should take the "Trident Scarp" with which he could defeat Poseidon.

Aquatus agreed, after that the dark presence took him to the place where the trident was. When he saw it, he was enchanted by its beauty, so he went and took it. As soon as he did so, the place emanated a great light, and the presence that accompanied him materialized in a person in front of him.

Aun asi, no todo es color de rosas, Poseidón tiene un hijo que ha sido desterrado a lo más profundo del océano, donde solo quedan los desechados, aquellos que no son dignos. Su nombre es Aquatus, un joven impetuoso que desde niño demostró que el orden y seguir reglas no es lo suyo.

Los rumores dicen que Aquatus además de tener un carácter difícil, es un gran guerrero con habilidades que podrían superar incluso a su propio padre, algo que el mismo rey temió y por eso lo echo de su presencia, pero lo conocido en todo el reino es que Aquatus se fue a causa de no ser escogido como uno de los comandantes marinos del rey, ¿Cuál es la verdad? No lo sabemos, pero esta es la versión oficial.

"¡Aquatus espera!" Se escuchó a lo lejos, pero el joven no hizo caso a la voz de la advertencia y prosiguió su camino.

Mientras se adentraba en la oscuridad podía vislumbrar una luz, era como si lo estuviese llamando, por lo que no podía mirar atrás sino solo avanzar.

Al llegar a la luz se encontró de nuevo en plena oscuridad, ante tal situación no sabía lo que estaba pasando. "¿Sera un espejismo?" Pensó el joven, pero momentos más tarde un ser misterioso hizo acto de presencia.

"Asi que tú eres el hijo del Rey" profirió

"¿Quién eres tú?" Pregunto Aquatus

"Mi nombre no tiene importancia", respondió, luego de eso le dijo lo siguiente: "Tu eres el elegido para tomar el poder, mi poder, con el derrotaras al Rey y consumaras mi venganza"

Ante tales palabras, Aquatus estaba sorprendido, pero dentro de si el asombro daba paso a la oportunidad. Para el joven esto era una confirmación a lo que buscaba, Poder, para salir del destierro y tomar el lugar que a su juicio el merecía.

Luego de un largo tiempo de conversación entre ambos, la presencia oscura le indico que debía tomar el "Tridente Escarpio" con el cual podría vencer a Poseidón.

Aquatus accedió, luego de eso la presencia oscura lo llevo hacia el lugar donde se encontraba el tridente. Al verlo quedo encantado con su belleza, asi que fue y lo tomo. Apenas lo hizo el lugar emano una gran luz, y la presencia que lo acompañaba se materializo en una persona frente a él.

Mi nombre es Escarpio, el tridente que acabas de tomar me pertenece, pero ahora te lo concedo, con el podrás luchar contra tu padre en igualdad de condiciones.

"¿Quién eres realmente?" preguntó el joven

Escarpio le dijo, soy un viejo amigo de tu padre, cuando estés delante de su presencia obtendrás muchas respuestas, por ahora solo debes saber que has nacido para reinar en su lugar, la expansión no puede ser evitada. Ahora, toma mi poder, esta será mi despedida.

En ese momento, Escarpio se desvaneció y un rayo de luz impacto al joven Aquatus, la presión que sintió fue tanta que se oían sus gritos a la distancia. Aunque parecía que lo estaba lastimando, en realidad su cuerpo estaba asimilando el poder de Escarpio.

Al terminar de recibirlo cayó al suelo para quedar inconsciente por un rato. Cuando despertó sintió gran vitalidad, además de eso, su rostro y su cuerpo tenía unas marcas brillantes en varios lugares. Sin embargo no le presto mucha atención, estaba contento por lo que había recibido.

De pronto la cueva donde se encontraba comenzó a retumbar, y cinco hermosas chicas marinas emergieron a su alrededor para postrarse ante él. Luego una de ellas se acercó y lo beso. "Soy Runemancer Kye mi amor”, le dijo, “estas cuatro guerreras que ves postradas ante ti son tuyas ahora, somos tus 5 generales mi Rey, es momento de que vayamos a tomar el reino que nos pertenece."

Al terminar de proferir estas palabras, los 5 salieron de las Cataratas a una velocidad impresionante, tan rápidos que no fueron vistos por ningunos de los desechados. Su destino: El palacio del Rey Poseidón.

Al llegar allí, muchas verdades fueron descubiertas, y la leyenda de Poseidón y Aquatus el gran guerrero fue conocida en todo lugar…no hubo un rincón en todo el universo pretoriano que no hubiese escuchado su historia.
