Battle Weekly Challenge: VENARI SPELLSMITH

Hi all Splinterlands friends,

here we are at the new Battle Weekly Challenge organized by the team to deepen some cards and battle strategies. Today's protagonist is VENARI SPELLSMITH, a neutral Rare card, belonging to the Chaos Legion edition, which can generally be used in all battles, excluding the limits imposed by the game.

By carrying out an analysis of the characteristics of the card, VENARI SPELLSMITH has a good ratio between mana (only 4 points) and 1 point magic attack that can be increased if deployed with summoners such as ALRIC STORMBRINGER. Health points and speed are also decent, always considering the monster's limited mana score.

The real strong point of the card are his abilities, in total 3:

• Dispel: when the monster hits the opponent, all the positive effects that the latter enjoys are canceled

• Amplify: Increases Thorns' Magic Reflect, Return Fire and Damage abilities by 1

• Redemption: When the monster dies, all opponents take 1 damage

At the moment the standard card can be purchased for $ 0.50, you need to spend $ 3.70 to get the gold version instead. Certainly discounted prices in today's market, in a few months everything could be so increased in value...

Monster really very interesting for its offensive characteristics and low mana of just 4 points. Among the most powerful cards I currently own with such low mana. Updated to level 3, CERBERUS is currently unleashing +3 basic attacks plus a +1 summoner bonus.

HORNY TOAD

A very combative frog with its +2 attack and very weak defense. But he does not spare himself and launches on the attack without fear, perhaps hoping to find the princess who transforms him into a prince 🙏

KOBOLD MINER

Our Kobold carries out his work steadily and calmly from his last position. Having low life points, I tried to deploy him in last position, hoping that I didn't have an opponent with the same ability but attack or higher speed. As you can see from the battle, the monster attacks the last opponent's card, surrounding the enemy on all sides and unleashing incessant attacks!

VENARI SPELLSMITH

Card upgraded to level 4, even in its golden version, and offers a great contribution to allies, especially for its sublime skills, which provide a valid contribution to the final victory! United you win!

CREEPING OOZE

Inevitable presence in my formation, the advantage of slowing down the opponent's monsters is really huge and often it is the extra gear to win games. Not to be underestimated, indeed I strongly recommend it!

Conclusion

The @splinterlands contests are not only aimed at making us get generous upvotes but it is above all to help us discover new cards that can really be very useful in our battles and stimulate us to new strategies and more options in battle.

The low prices of the cards, also caused by the large number of printing and availability of Chaos Legion cards, is an excellent entry point for new players. In fact, it is possible to build an excellent deck of cards by spending little, compared to the cards of previous editions. It will also be interesting to observe the next airdrops CL cards in order to better determine which Summoner to upgrade and consequently the cards to buy on the market!

Furthermore, the strategy that each player sets himself, can undergo natural variations, in order to improve his deck of cards and climb the ranking of the best players, also obtaining higher rewards!

eccoci al nuovo Battle Weekly Challenge organizzato dal team per approfondire alcune carte e le strategie di battaglia. Il protagonista di oggi è VENARI SPELLSMITH, carta Rara neutrale, appartenente all'edizione Chaos Legion, utilizzabile generalmente in tutte le battaglie, ad esclusione dei limiti imposti dal gioco.

Effettuando un'analisi delle caratteristiche della carta, VENARI SPELLSMITH ha un buon rapporto tra mana (soli 4 punti) e attacco magico di 1 punto che può essere aumentato se schierato con evocatori come ad esempio ALRIC STORMBRINGER. Anche i punti salute e la velocità sono discreti, considerando sempre il punteggio mana limitato del mostro.

Il vero punto forte della carta sono le sue abilità, in totale ben 3:

• Dispel: quando il mostro colpisce l'avversario, tutti gli effetti positivi che quest'ultimo gode sono annullati

• Amplify: aumenta di 1 le abilità Magic Reflect, Return Fire e danno di Thorns

• Redemption: quando il mostro muore, tutti gli avversari subiscono il danno 1

Al momento la carta standard è acquistabile al costo do 0.50 $, è necessario spendere 3,70 $ per ottenere invece la versione dorata. Prezzi certamente scontati del mercato di oggi, tra qualche mese tutto potrebbe essere così aumentato di valore...

Monster davvero molto interessante per le sue caratteristiche offensive e il mana basso di appena 4 punti. Tra le carte più potenti che possiedo attualmente con un mana così basso. Aggiornato al livello 3, CERBERUS sta attualmente scatenando +3 attacchi base più un bonus evocatore +1.

HORNY TOAD

Un ranocchio davvero combattivo con il suo attacco +2 e la sua difesa molto debole. Ma non si risparmia e si lancia all'attacco senza timore, sperando magari di trovare la principessa che lo trasformi in principe 🙏

KOBOLD MINER

Il nostro Kobold esegue il suo lavoro con costanza e tranquillita dalla sua ultima posizione. Avendo pochi punti vita, ho cercato di schierarlo in ultima posizione, con la speranza che non avessi un avversario con la stessa abilità ma attacco o velocità maggiore. Come potete notare dalla battaglia, il mostro attacca l'ultima carta avversaria, circondando il nemico da tutte le parti e sferrando attacchi in modo incessante!

VENARI SPELLSMITH

Carta potenziata a livello 4, anche nella su versione dorata, e offre un grande contributo agli alleati, soprattutto per le sua abilità eccelse, le quali forniscono un valido contributo per la vittoria finale! Uniti si vince!

CREEPING OOZE

Immancabile presenza nella mia formazione, il vantaggio di rallentare i mostri avversari è davvero enorme e spesso è la marcia in più per vincere le partite. Da non sottovalutare, anzi io ve lo consiglio fortemente!

Conclusione

I contest di @splinterlands non hanno solo l'obiettivo di farci ottenere upvotes generosi ma è soprattutto quello di aiutarci a scoprire nuove carte che possono essere davvero molto utili alle nostre battaglie e stimolarci a nuove strategie e maggiori opzioni in battaglia

I prezzi contenuti delle carte, causato anche dal grande numero di stampa e disponibilità delle carte Chaos Legion, è un ottimi punto d'ingresso per i nuovi players. E' possibile infatti costruire un ottimo mazzo di carte spendendo poco, rispetto alle carte delle edizioni precedenti. Sarà interessante osservare anche le prossime carte airdrops CL per poter meglio stabilire quali Summoner potenziare e di conseguenza le carte da acquistare sul mercato!

Inoltre la strategia che ogni giocatore si prefissa, può subire delle naturali variazioni, al fine di migliorare il proprio mazzo di carte e scalare la classifica dei migliori giocatori, ottenendo anche ricompense più alte!
