How To Cash Out in Splinterlands!

Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing awesome and getting lots of DEC (Dark Energy Crystals) the in-game token you earn by playing the crypto game Splinterlands. You can earn crypto in Splinterlands by battling and winning ranked battles, in a tournament or if you receive a expensive card and sell it. If you have a lot of DEC then, you may want to cash out. I am going to show you how easy it is to do so! First, you are going to go to your in-game DEC and send the amount you want to sell into https://hive-engine.com. Next, you sell your DEC there for the amount you want for it. You will receive Swap.Hive when it sells and then you can click the "withdraw" button.

This will put the HIVE into your Hive wallet on https://hive.blog From there, I use Blocktrades and I sent them HIVE and they sent me Litecoin in that amount on Coinbase here: https://www.coinbase.com/join/love_ny Use my Coinbase link and earn $10 in crypto when you buy or sell $100. It's preety simple once you do it and you will be a pro at cashing out in no time! I prefer to HODL my Monsters and any DEC I c an. Usually, I always spend it on cards or packs though, LOL! I haven't cashed out any DEC... I keep using it to buy DICE packs... but I've often wondered how I would do it if I wanted to.

While the process you've outlined does seem easy enough, I'm sure it's pretty daunting for newbies... I wonder if the team could consider providing a bridge to sell DEC on Splinterlands for Credits and letting people cash out to PayPal. Obviously there would be fees involved, but it would be a lot fewer steps for people. I'm sure Splinterlands could generate extra revenue in fees as well by providing this bridge.

I don't either but some players do and needed a video. I know that they are trying to makes things easier but you should bring that up in the weekly AMA - it is in Discord where Founders Aggroed and Yabapmatt answer any and all questions! :-)
