On a 1 BCX Level (Regular Foil), it is selling for less than Goblin Psychic, Deeplurker, and Chaos Agent - all Common cards.

As a Gold Foil, it has more value than Common Gold Foil cards purely on the basis of scarcity. The demand for the card is stunningly awful.

Sometimes, with collectibles and NFTs, there are busts within collections. Assets no one really wants after release. Assets designed to be of lesser value that have a greater market value and there are assets designed to have more value that never pan out on the secondary market. Here we are with Temporal Master.

Recharge as an ability is proving itself to be a bust with players and on the secondary market, the lack of demand will discourage future cards from having this ability/detriment.
