Splinterlands - Season End: Received First Legendary Card in a Long Time

I received the Legendary Countess Sinash of the Fire Splinter when opening my Season End reward loot chests.

This card looks amazing. 4 Speed, 3 Ranged Attack with 4 Health not to mention the two abilities - Opportunity and Camouflage. This will be a formidable card to use during matches.

I was able to receive 53 Silver chests with a value of $4.92 USD. Most of that value was attributable to the Legendary card. I did received almost 2000 DEC which very nice as well.

Season End Performance

I spent most of my time in the Modern Format matches but did play a few matches in the Wild Format.

I played a total of 363 matches:
Wild - 15 Wins, 3 Losses with a longest streak of 11
Modern - 177 Wins, 168 Losses with a longest streak of 9

Season End Ranking

This season I added the majority of the Chaos Legion Legendary cards to my deck. With this additional collection power, I was able to get into the Gold League in the Modern Format. Even though I finished with 5 points over the threshold for gold at 1905 I still finished with a rank of 2444.

This tells me there are not that many players that make it to the Gold League. This will make a big difference in the SPS rewarded for match play when it goes into effect next month. I look forward to earning more SPS.

Tournaments

I am still playing in tournaments but not as many as before due to my higher league coupled with the increased entry fee due to the higher league.

I did not do as good this season as in past seasons. The highest prize I won was 5 SPS.

Rental Report

I am still renting a few cards. I made sure I had enough collection power to be in the Modern Format Gold League since I was able to get my rating points their as well. I will continue to rent until I have enough collection power without renting to stay in Gold.

Loot Chests

I received two Chaos packs in my daily focus loot chests. That accounted for the majority of all the rewards that I received during the season. My next largest was in DEC which can be used to get more cards and collection power or renting cards.
