Dec. 29, 20: Oculus, Run into Town, A Movie, and Games

Started the day at five thirty today, but still an hour and a half short since I didn’t get to bed until later than usual last night. Didn’t do too badly in the afternoon, though. Took the doggy for a quick ride into town to run an errand I wanted to get done before everything shuts for the New Year.

Not much happening during the morning routine. Got a few good promo bonuses from Tipcc, which was nice. Only a couple of cents, but hey, it all adds up, right?

Bitcoin still somewhat range bound, but the volume is staying pretty consistent and still looking pretty strong. Some bearish signs flashing here and there, but I think we have more upside first.

Speaking of consistency, HIVE is going what direction? Need it even be said?! Gone below four hundred Sats now. 🤬 Butthurt holding bags, eh?

I played some more Until You Fall, but didn’t really get too much farther than I did before. The enemies spawn randomly and I got some wicked hard ones.

I played some more Beat Saber as well, improved some of my high scores, but started getting bored with playing the same songs over and over (that’s how they get ya!), so I broke down and got the Imagine Dragons expansion.

I’m not disappointed. The songs are good and fun to play. I played through all of them on easy just to test them out and then played up through expert on a couple that I particularly liked.

That definitely put me up over the step goal for the day! Smashed it, really...get that lifetime average moving in the right direction!

In the evening Wenche went down and rented us a couple of movies. We watched one of them, the new live-action version of Mulan. It was alright, nonstop girl-power, but definitely not a movie for kids. To be honest, I lost interest toward the end and went and did other stuff.

No crime or crises in my dCity today. 🤩 Got my income for the day and really looking to get another card now. Really want that Bank, but they are expensive.

I guess it’s not surprising at this point, but I didn’t get my arena task done on Holybread today. 😢 Got a couple of wins, but just couldn’t close the deal.

Still sitting at sixteen. Thinking of asking them to fix the bot here...doubt they care anymore; it’s all Thunkgaria or whatever their new sink is.

Finally got a brew done and sold on CryptoBrewmaster. Seems like basically one or two a week at this point. Not worth the time, for definite.

I guess not many others are doing well either, one basic brew moved me up nine places!

Being the last day of the Splinterlands season, there wasn’t a chance in hell that I would play. Just letting the clock run out on the nine chests of worthless potions to come.
