Mar. 8, 20: AutomaticWin, Grocery Shopping, Games, and a Movie

Up early again for a Sunday, but got a pretty good night’s sleep. Nothing too crazy happening during the morning routine; same witness stalemate and no pricefeed update.

Cryptos have started a serious dive. Surprising to me, actually, I’ve been hodling assuming that the markets would go inverse to traditional markets, but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time around.

After hopping around some Discord servers, we headed out for our weekly hike in the woods. It took a little doing, but we scored the #AutomaticWin! 💪

I totally forgot to take a picture of the final distance, but it was just shy of eight kilometers. Hard to tell whether Runtastic is slow or Fitbit is fast.

It was amazing out!!! Spring is starting! 😃. Both the gloves AND the hat came off. 😁

Got moving just a little after sunrise 🌅 Naturally clear skies until the planes ✈️ started spraying.

Still a few patches of snow left where the sun doesn’t shine as vehemently.

Got some nature spirals today. 😀

Obligatory backside photo. Doggy got to run free. He did awesome!!! There was even the opportunity for him to chase a chippymunk, but he listened and came back!!! That’s a good sign going forward. 👍

The ice was stabbing back at the onset of warmer weather.

Life is returning to the woods. 🥳

The marsh is still frozen, but soon will be abuzz with life...and I mean abuzzin’! 🦟

I love how the light plays in the trees...especially the ones that have refused to drop their leaves all winter long.

After our walk we went into town to do our weekly grocery shopping. As is usual, it seems, we didn’t need much but ended up filling the cart anyway. They had some amazing steals...ten for $10 with the 11th item free on candy and soda and pies and pasta. We stocked up!!! 😃

They were spraying wicked bad today. 🤬😡

Finally got myself some new sneaks! I’m a bit worried that they don’t have enough arch support, but I’ll give them a spin today and see if they need some insoles.

I got my three Holybread tasks done for the day. 👍😃

Started falling again in the rankings, though. Seems like I can beat the first two heroes with one of my heroes and then the last one just destroys me. 😢

The buyback was yesterday, but I didn’t pay attention to it. Still hodling my breadcrumbs.

My Steemmonsters quest for today was Life splinter, which is definitely tougher for me at the higher leagues.

As seems to be common with SM, it refuses to let me finish the quest and I lose whenever I try. I’ll keep at it, but I want to get my post done for today.

I still have a quest potion saved up and remain hopeful to complete the quest in Diamond III.

In the evening @wenchebakken made homemade pizza and we watched The Nut Job 2. I have to give it one and a half eyes shut as it made me laugh a couple times, but I definitely didn’t stay awake to the end.
