Immortal Gods 6 - Brawl Report #1 (EN/PT-BR)

Hello, everyone! 😄
I think most of you don’t know this, but I am a member of Immortal Gods 6 Guild since January/2022. Back then I didn’t know a single thing about Guilds, how it works, their benefits, brawls etc. and I am very glad that they accepted me.
Was it worth it joining the Guild? Hell, yeah! All of my colleagues are awesome, communicative and of course: the best players! I learn something new every day!
In this post I’m going to do for the first time a report of the latest brawl I took part. I selected some battles that you might find interesting (battle link available in each image). I’ll comment a little bit and add the thoughts of my own colleagues behind their strategies.
Let’s get started!
BRAWL REPORT
Fray 10 - Silver Level – Only Chaos Legion Cards Allowed - Danderlion
In this match the rules was Heavy Hitters + 46 Mana Cap with Fire 🔥, Life 🌟 and Death ☠️ elements available and playing on Enemy Arena (In case of a Draw the host always wins).
”I was disappointed with my lineup in this match. I meant to have Captain Katie and Adelade switch positions. It’s all good cause it still worked just fine’’ – Danderlion
This switch makes sense since Katie could have more time to increase her stats with Bloodlust in position 4.
I think choosing Life Splinter between those three options (Death, Fire and Life) was an accurate decision, in a high mana battles you want to spend as much as you can. Taking into account that it is only CL Cards sometimes it is hard to use all of the mana available with good cards and a nice Synergy between them.
Considerations of this Battle:
- In brawls it is a little bit risky to put a “sacrifice” such as Fiends 🕷 or Furious Chicken 🐔 due to Bloodlust ability that Gladius Cards has, luckily his opponent didn’t use any of them. On the other hand, Danderlion picked a gladius (Captain Katie) and made a big difference to achieve the Win.
- Altough Adelade Brightwing was on level 1, she is a great combo with Legionnaire Alvar (or any monster with Resurrect ability), because he will come back to life with 8 Armor + Void Armor ability! She did an amazing job repairing Alvar and Uriel armor.
His next opponent was a tough one: Tim.Hendrix from 💀Splinter Skulls💀. He finished last season in 23rd place of Silver League (Congrats!)
In this match there were two modifiers: Back to Basics and Little league with 29 Mana Cap.
In these rules set most people spam Mages since there are no defense/ability such as Void, Void Armor or Magic Reflect (unless you pick Owster Rotwell). Another strong combination is Yodin + Ranged Monsters which is almost unbeatable. A good tip I can give is to use monsters with Recharge ability, they are great. I wasn't surprised he picked Temporal Master.
With the ruleset being little league and back to basics, my initial thought was to pick Obsidian, Hill Giant, and mages. This is typical of what I would do in ranked battle. When doing brawls though, I always try to figure out how to improve my team using one of the gladiator cards. Ajax paired with Sloan looked strong for a 4 mana card, so I decided to build a team around that. No need to worry about sneak, so put Ajax in the back and hope to take out their monsters quickly. I was not confident in this team as I had never tried this strategy, but I am happy with the outcome 🙂 – Danderlion
Fray 13 - Silver Level – Gold Foil Only – All Cards Playable - Clawed
Clawed chose Thaddius Brood + Haunted Spirit (Magic Reflect) as his main tank and Death Elemental (Silence 🤐 Ability) to counter magic attacks, which was wise given that no one was able to use Ranged Attack. In the backline he placed Windeku (Thorns) in the 6th position and Shadow Snitch on the 2nd to help Haunted Spirit kill the opponent’s main tank.
The only monster I would switch in his lineup would be Riftwing by Venari Spellsmith due to her Amplify Ability, dealing an extra damage with Magic Reflect and Thorns. However, I totally understand that most of the times it is impossible to pick a perfect setup in Gold Fray Only since it is difficult to own or rent many cards and we might end up working with a few cards available.
The Battle: his opponent chose Fire 🔥 Splinter with Tarsa + Tusk The Wide as his main Tank + 2 Mages and Antoid Platoon to defend the backline against sneak attack. As you can see below he was countered by magic attack and Clawed only mage was Death Elemental which will target Djinn Inferni, therefore Tusk’s Void ability was useless in this case.
I only checked his summoners when I was submitting my team. Seeing he only got level 2 Thaddius and Tarsa, I did not bother looking through all his cards 😂 and opted to get Thaddius as Death has thorns and good magic counters. Death elemental is my go to mage since you can easily snipe 1 health monsters. In short: my team was just counter all you can, given the limited gold cards. - Clawed
Fray 5 - Bronze Level – All Cards Playable – LordTimoty
I tried something a bit different in this brawl, by playing Bertol Gobson in the 2nd position behind Kron. Given the battle had the Blast ruleset, I knew that he would likely die before my Kron - to then in turn activate the Last Stand that Llama offers for Kron. It was perhaps a novelty playing the 2nd card, as for 18 or 19 Mana battles I often just use Kron/Llama to avoid the possibility of an opposing gladiator card getting off a kill. In this battle, my opponent was throwing a maximum of 5 damage at me per round (3 melee from the Unicorn Mustang, 2 magic from the Wood Nymph). Given Kron heals for 6 Health each round, this battle was over before it had even begun. – Lord Timoty
As you can see, this guy really know what he is doing! After a really detailed explanation I have nothing else to add.
Maybe the question is: how can we beat this combination? Follow below the answer!
Fray 6 (Bronze Level + All cards Playable) - OneFapMan
He is probably the most popular member in the guild due to his impressive Win Rate (90% to be more precise) and always ready to save the day submitting his battles in the last minute!
Key points:
His opponent chose Alric Stormbringer, but didn’t use a single Mage. So it would be more useful to use Bortus, at least if the opponent pick mages it would debuff them.
Monsters with high damage and heal are very good in Explosive Weaponry + Low Mana, because many players uses 3 to 5 monsters with low HP and blast could kill the 2nd position in a single blow. Besides that, many of them don’t have a strong attack to cause enough damage against the 3 points heal each turn. Even if they did, they usually don’t have enough time because their monster will start to die and cause less damage each turn.
The lack of armor of his opponent’s monsters was the biggest problem.
Pick only one monster instead of 4 or 5 it is a little bit risky and usually not the best strategy (there are exceptions), but with Explosive Weaponry seems like a wise decision!
I was hesitating if I should use opportunity or leverage strong heal (like the Sea Monster). I was afraid of a Kelya mirror gone wrong that's why I picked the Sea Monster. – OneFapMan
Fray 7 (Bronze Level + Only Chaos Legion) – TJDemigod
It was almost a mirror match, but two things sealed the deal: Queen Mycelia's Protect Ability (absorbing one hit against Grund) and the Double Strike of Katrelba Gobson took Mycelic Slipspawn before Spirit Hoarder could heal her.
Firstly: my favorite team costs 46 mana and it is: Grund, Mycelia, Goblin Psychic, Spirit Hoarder, Kron, Slipspawn. Seeing as this was CL only I traded the Kron for the double strike sneak Katrelba Gobson as gladiator cards are fun and powerful to use. The Mycelia gives them all armor which helps against anything other than magic and the taunt with triage and tank heal grant me enough time to get all my damage in. – TJDemigod

Fray 1 (Novice Level + All Cards Playable) – EijiBR
Lastly, my own battle!
I usually do some research on my opponents to check 3 things: their Gladius Cards, Summoners available and what kind of combinations did they use in the last 10-15 battles.
I noticed that my opponent chose a team with mages in many battles. Therefore I chose Death Splinter with Mimosa Nightshade.
Highlights:
- Void and Affliction saved the day (Goblin Psychic and Kron couldn’t use Heal) and Mimosa was the key for the win.
- Liza Fox ended up being the real killer finishing the battle dealing 8 damage
- Djinn Muirat and his void armor was relevant to survive and avoid my Ranged monsters to reach Position 1 which would be a big problem.
Altough it happened what I was expecting, I wasn’t certain if my team would be strong enough against 5 legendary monsters (Kron The Undying, Fungus Fiend, Djinn Biljka, Spirit Druid Grog and Jini Guise). Gladly they were enough. 😁
FINAL SCORE
We finished in the 1st Place🙌! However, it was very close and not easy at all, a good reason for us to keep improving. We also earned 1.669 Merits each player to spend on the store for more Gladius pack. Below you can see which cards I got in my last pack!

Acho que a maioria de vocês não sabem disso, mas sou membro da Guilda Immortal Gods 6 desde janeiro/2022. Quando entrei eu não sabia nada sobre Guildas, como funcionava, seus benefícios, Brawls etc. e fiquei muito feliz que eles me aceitaram.

BRAWL REPORT
Fray 10 - Nível Prata – Permitido somente cartas da Legião do Caos - Danderlion
Nesta partida as regras eram: Heavy Hitters + 46 Mana com elementos Fogo, Vida e Morte disponíveis e jogando na Arena Inimiga (Caso haja um empate o anfitrião sempre ganha).
“Fiquei decepcionado com minha escalação nesta partida. Eu queria que a capitã Katie e Adelade trocassem de posição. Está tudo bem, porque ainda funcionou bem.'' - Danderlion
Essa troca faz sentido, pois Katie poderia ter mais tempo para aumentar suas estatísticas com a habilidade sede de sangue na posição 4.
Acho que escolher Splinter da Vida entre essas três opções (Death, Fire e Life) foi uma escolha acertada. Em uma batalha de alta mana você quer gastar o máximo que puder. Levando em conta que são apenas cartas da Legião do Caos, às vezes é difícil usar toda a mana disponível com boas cartas+sinergia.
Considerações da Batalha:
- Em Brawls é um pouco arriscado colocar um “sacrifício” como Aranhas 🕷 ou Galinha Furiosa 🐔 devido à habilidade Bloodlust que as cartas de Gladiador possuem, felizmente seu oponente não usou nenhuma delas. Por outro lado, Danderlion escolheu uma carta Gladiador (Capitã Katie) e fez uma grande diferença para conseguir a vitória.
- Apesar de Adelade Brightwing estar no nível 1, ela é uma ótima combinação com Legionnaire Alvar (ou qualquer monstro com habilidade Ressurreição), pois ele voltará à vida com 8 pontos de Armadura + habilidade Void Armor! Ela fez um trabalho incrível reparando as armaduras de Alvar e Uriel.
Seu próximo oponente seria dureza: Tim.Hendrix da Guilda 💀Splinter Skulls💀. Ele terminou a temporada passada em 23º lugar da Liga Prata (Parabéns!)
Nesta partida houve dois modificadores: De Volta ao Básico e Liga Pequena com 29 Mana Cap.
Nesse conjunto de regras, a maioria das pessoas utilizam magos, pois não há defesa / habilidade, como Void, Void Armor ou Refletir Magia (a menos que você escolha Owster Rotwell). Outro combo imbátivel nessas regras é Yodin + Monstros com ataque à distância. Uma boa dica que posso dar é usar monstros com habilidade de Recarga, eles são ótimos. Não me surpreendeu ele ter escolhido o Mestre Temporal.
Com o conjunto de regras sendo Liga Pequena e de volta ao básico, meu pensamento inicial foi escolher Obsidian, Hill Giant e magos. Isso é típico do que eu faria em uma batalha ranqueada. Ao fazer brigas, porém, sempre tento descobrir como melhorar meu time usando uma das cartas de gladiador. Ajax emparelhado com Sloan parecia forte para uma carta de 4 mana, então decidi montar uma equipe em torno disso. Não há necessidade de se preocupar com ataques sorrateiros ou de oportunidade, então coloquei o Ajax na 6ª posição e esperei eliminar seus monstros rapidamente. Não estava confiante nesta equipe, pois nunca tinha tentado esta estratégia, mas estou contente com o resultado.🙂 – Danderlion
Fray 13 - Nível Prata – Apenas Cartas Douradas – Todas as Cartas Disponíveis - Clawed
Clawed escolheu Thaddius Brood + Haunted Spirit (Habilidade de Refletir Magia) como seu tanque principal e Death Elemental (Habilidade de Silenciar 🤐) para combater ataques mágicos, o que era sábio, já que ninguém era capaz de usar ataques à distância. Na linha de trás ele colocou Windeku (Espinhos) na 6ª posição e Shadow Snitch na 2ª posição para ajudar Haunted Spirit a matar o tanque principal do oponente.
O único monstro que eu trocaria em sua formação seria Riftwing pela Venari Spellsmith devido à sua habilidade Amplificar, causando um dano extra com Refletir Magia e Espinhos. No entanto, entendo perfeitamente que na maioria das vezes é impossível escolher uma configuração perfeita em num combate de somente Cartas Douradas, pois é difícil possuir ou alugar muitas cartas e temos que acabar utilizando o que temos.
A Batalha: seu oponente escolheu Splinter de Fogo 🔥 com Tarsa + Tusk The Wide como seu tanque principal + 2 Magos e Antoid Platoon para defender a retaguarda contra ataques furtivos. Como você pode ver abaixo, ele foi eficiente apenas contra um único mago do Clawed que era o Death Elemental, que atacaria/miraria no Djinn Inferni, portanto, a habilidade Void de Tusk era inútil neste caso.
Eu só chequei os invocadores dele quando estava finalizando meu time. Vendo que ele só tinha invocador de nível 2 Thaddius e Tarsa, não me incomodei em olhar todas as cartas dele 😂 e optei por pegar Thaddius já que a Morte tem espinhos e bons contra ataque contra magos. Death elemental é o meu mago, já que você pode facilmente matar 1 monstros de saúde. Resumindo: minha equipe era contra-ataque tudo o que for possível, considerando as cartas de ouro limitadas. - Clawed
Fray 5 - Bronze Level – All Cards Playable – LordTimoty
Eu tentei algo um pouco diferente nesta batalha, jogando Bertol Gobson na 2ª posição atrás de Kron. Dado que a batalha tinha o conjunto de regras Blast, eu sabia que ele provavelmente morreria antes do meu Kron - para então ativar o LAST STAND que Llama oferece para Kron. Talvez tenha sido uma novidade jogar a 2ª carta, já que para batalhas de 18 ou 19 Mana eu geralmente uso Kron/Llama para evitar a possibilidade de uma carta de gladiador adversária conseguir matá-la. Nesta batalha, meu oponente estava jogando um máximo de 5 de dano em mim por rodada (3 corpo a corpo do Unicorn Mustang, 2 mágicos da Wood Nymph). Dado que Kron cura 6 de Saúde a cada rodada, essa batalha acabou antes mesmo de começar.” – Lord Timoty
Como vocês podem ver, ele realmente sabe o que está fazendo! Depois de uma explicação muito detalhada não tenho mais nada a acrescentar.

Fray 6 (Nível Bronze + Todas as Cartas jogáveis) - OneFapMan
Ele é provavelmente o membro mais popular da guilda devido à sua impressionante Taxa de Vitórias (90% para ser mais preciso) e sempre pronto para salvar o dia enviando suas batalhas no último minuto!
Pontos chave:
Seu oponente escolheu Alric, mas não usou um único mago. Portanto, seria mais útil utilizar Bortus, pelo menos se o oponente escolher magos, ele os nerfaria.
Monstros com alto dano e cura são muito bons em Armas Explosivas + Baixa Mana, pois muitos jogadores usam de 3 a 6 monstros com HP baixo e a explosão poderia matar o monstro na 2ª posição em um único golpe. Além disso, muitos deles não têm um ataque forte para causar dano suficiente contra os 3 pontos de cura a cada turno. Mesmo que o fizessem, eles geralmente não vão ter tempo suficiente porque seu monstro começará a morrer e causará menos dano a cada turno.
A falta de armadura nos monstros de seu oponente foi o maior problema.
Escolher apenas um monstro em vez de 4 ou 5 é um pouco arriscado e geralmente não é a melhor estratégia (há exceções), mas com Armas Explosivas parece uma decisão sábia!
Eu estava hesitando se deveria usar habilidade oportunidade (Deeplurker) ou alavancar a cura forte (Monstro do Mar). Eu estava com medo de uma partida espelhada contra Kelya dar errado, por isso escolhi o monstro marinho. – OneFapMan
Fray 7 (Nível Bronze + Jogável somente Cartas da Edição Legião do Caos) – TJDemigod
Era praticamente uma partida espelhada, mas duas coisas mudaram o resultado: A habilidade Proteção da Rainha Mycelia (absorvendo um ataque do Grund) e o ataque Duplo da Katrelba Gobson que matou a Mycelic Slipspawn antes que o Spirit Hoarder pudesse curá-la.
Primeiramente: meu time favorito custa 46 de mana e é: Grund, Mycelia, Goblin Psychic, Spirit Hoarder, Kron, Slipspawn. Vendo como isso era Legião do Caos apenas eu troquei o Kron pelo ataque duplo da Katrelba Gobson já ue cartas de gladiadores são divertidas e poderosas de usar. A Mycelia dá a eles todas as armaduras que ajudam contra qualquer coisa que não seja magia e a provocação com triagem e cura de tanque me concede tempo suficiente para causar todo o meu dano. – TJDemigod

Fray 1 (Nível Novato + Todas as cartas jogáveis) – EijiBR
Por último, minha batalha!
Eu costumo pesquisar meus oponentes para checar 3 coisas: suas cartas de Gladiador, Invocadores disponíveis e que tipo de combinações eles utilizaram nas últimas 10-15 batalhas.
Percebi que meu oponente utilizou um time com magos em muitas batalhas recentes. Por isso escolhi Splinter da Morte com Mimosa Nightshade de invocadora.
Destaques:
- Void and Affliction: salvaram o dia (Goblin Psychic e Kron não puderam usar a Cura) e Mimosa foi a chave para a vitória.
- Liza Fox acabou sendo a verdadeira assassina terminando a batalha causando 8 de dano devido à sua habilidade de Sede por Sangue.
- Djinn Muirat e sua armadura void foram relevantes para sobreviver e evitar que meus monstros de ataque à distância alcançassem a Posição 1, o que seria um grande problema.
Apesar de ter acontecido o que eu pensava, não tinha certeza se minha equipe seria forte o suficiente contra 5 monstros lendários (Kron The Undying, Fungus Fiend, Djinn Biljka, Spirit Druid Grog e Jini Guise) Felizmente foram o suficiente. 😁
PONTUAÇÃO FINAL
Terminamos em 1º lugar🙌! No entanto, foi bastante acirrado, uma boa razão para continuarmos melhorando. Também ganhamos 1.669 Méritos para cada jogador gastar na loja por mais pacotes de Gladiadores. Abaixo você pode ver quais cartas eu ganhei no meu último pacote!
