Let's talk about Dhampir Stalker 🏹 for the Share your Battle ⚔️ Weekly Challenge! I don’t use this card very often, but he can be very effective in 40 Mana+ and a great counter against certain monsters and abilities that I’ll mention below.

Dhampir has two abilities: True Strike and Deathblow , the latter is not very useful because many times you win or lose before you can trigger this ability. On the other hand, True Strike is always useful, except when the rule set is Aim True.

True Strike is a great ability to counter monsters with high speed or abilities like Dodge, Flying, Phase, Enrage, Blind such as: Coeurl Lurker, Phantom of the Abyss, Oshannus etc.

Best Summoners: Any summoner will work fine, what will matter the most is the rest of the team and the rule sets.

Best Positions/Melhores posições: 5th or 6th.

Strengths: good attack power, HP ❤️ and True Strike ability.

Weakness: high mana cost, low speed and no armor.

Best Rule Sets/Melhores Regras: Close Range, Thorns, Unprotected and Keep your Distance.

Worst Rule Sets/Piores Regras: Aim True, Earthquake, Noxious Fumes and Return Fire.

This time I'll explain my lineup in a different way from my previous posts showing my thinking to pick between 2 or 3 monsters. I picked a ranked battle in Gold League level + Modern format.

Desta vez vou explicar a minha formação de uma forma diferente dos meus posts anteriores mostrando o meu pensamento para escolher entre 2 ou 3 monstros. Eu escolhi uma batalha ranqueada no nível Liga Ouro + formato Moderno.

Main Tank: Legionnaire Alvar or Harklaw? Harklaw won due to the Counterspell rule set, it will be very unlikely to the opponent use a lot of magic attacks, therefore it will use a lot of Melee and Ranged attack and his Shield ability will be quite powerful!

Secondary Tank: this decision was easy, because Gorlodon has only 1 Speed and a lot of HP+Attack Power. However, I considered for a brief moment to pick Junker to Repair the Harklaw armor. But, Gorlodon was the best decision in my opinion!

Backline (Doctor Blight): Despite one of the rule set being Counterspell, Dr. Blight will usually survive longer due to his Scavenger ability and also counter the monsters with heal/tank heal!

Queen of Crows: she is slow and will also counter ranged monsters which is very powerful in the Counterspell rule set.

Dhampir Stalker: since I can't use much magic damage, a True Strike ability will be very valuable against monsters with Flying, Blind etc.

Shadowy Presence: he was there to boost the HP with Strengthen and also protect Dhampir Stalker against sneak attacks.

Backline (Doctor Blight): Apesar de uma das regras ser Counterspell, Dr. Blight geralmente sobreviverá por mais tempo devido à sua habilidade Scavenger e também combaterá os monstros com heal/tank heal!

Rainha dos Corvos: ela é lenta e também contraria monstros à distância, o que é muito poderoso no conjunto de regras de Contrafeitiço.

Dhampir Stalker: já que não posso usar muito dano mágico, uma habilidade True Strike será muito valiosa contra monstros com Flying, Blind etc.

Presença Sombria: ele estava lá para aumentar o HP com Strengthen e também proteger Dhampir Stalker contra ataques furtivos.

Highlights/Destaques

• Firstly, the strategy worked better than expected since I countered my opponent in many ways. Such as: True Strike (Uriel and Adelade Flying was not very useful), Headwinds (Neutralized General Sloan +1 Range), Demoralize debuffed Stitch Leech attack and also Life Leech and Uriel Attack, -1 Magic of Thaddius Brood debuffed Adelade attack power and Dr. Blight affliction didn't allow to Uriel to heal. In short: Solid strategy, everything fit perfectly!

• In Round 3 all of the monsters was still alive, but once Uriel was gone his other monsters couldn't survive much longer.

• Em primeiro lugar, a estratégia funcionou melhor do que o esperado, pois contra-ataquei meu oponente de várias maneiras. Como: True Strike (Habilidade Voar de Uriel e Adelade não foi muito útil), Headwinds (Neutralizou General Sloan +1 Range), Demoralize diminuiu o ataque de Stitch Leech e também sua habilidade Life Leech e o ataque de Uriel, -1 dano mágico de Thaddius Brood diminuiu o poder de ataque de Adelade e aflição de Dr. Blight não permitiu que Uriel se curasse. Resumindo: Estratégia sólida, tudo se encaixou perfeitamente!

• Na Rodada 3 todos os monstros ainda estavam vivos, mas uma vez que Uriel se foi, seus outros monstros não puderam sobreviver por muito mais tempo.
