Excellent start of week my SPLNTERLANDS people, it's a pleasure to create content around this fascinating game. I will be participating in the weekly challenge promoted by the community, with the thematic monster HILL GIANT, an interesting low mana melee attacker. I have decided on this occasion to prepare the video in English, in order to practice the language and at the same time reach the English-speaking audience with my strategic advice on the approach of the alignments. In this regard, let's analyze the strategic fundamentals of the selected battle.

Strategic fundamentals of the selected battle

This battle is marked by the BACK TO BASIC condition, that is, the monsters lose all abilities. In that sense, you have to be attentive in the case of direct attackers, who can only attack from the first position, and this is a wake-up call for the use of ranged attackers, although curiously the second condition BROKEN ARROWS restricts them somewhat.

Excelente comienzo de semana mi gente de SPLNTERLANDS, es un placer crear contenido en torno a este fascinante juego. Estaré participando en el desafío semanal que promueve la comunidad, con el monstruo temático HILL GIANT, un interesante atacante cuerpo a cuerpo de bajo mana. He decido en esta ocasión preparar el video en idioma Inglés, para de ese modo practicar el idioma y al mismo llegar con mis consejos estratégicos en el planteamiento de las alineaciones, a la audiencia de habla inglesa. A propósito de esto, analicemos los fundamentos estratégicos de la batalla seleccionada.

Fundamentos estratégicos de la batalla seleccionada

Esta batalla está marcada por la condición BACK TO BASIC, es decir, los monstruos pierden todas las habilidades. En ese sentido, tienes que estar atento en el caso de los atacantes directos, que únicamente podrán atacar desde la primera posición, y esto es un llamado de atención para la utilización de atacantes a distancia, aunque curiosamente la segunda condición BROKEN ARROWS los restringe en cierto modo.

Of the 10 monsters present on the battlefield, we have that 07 are ranged attackers and use magic to do so. My opponent understood the battle condition very well, to the point that he uses OBSIDIAN as a summoner, which increases in one point the strength of magic attack, this makes the armor contribution of my summoner TYRUS PALADIUM remain in the background. The theme card of the week HILL GIANT, which in this opportunity was used by my rival, fulfilled an excellent function in the first position:

De los 10 monstruos presentes en el campo de batalla, tenemos que 07 son atacantes a distancia y emplean la magia para hacerlo. Mi rival comprendió muy bien la condición de batalla, al punto que utiliza a OBSIDIAN como invocador, el cuál incrementa en un punto la fuerza de ataque mágico, esto hace que el aporte de armadura de mi invocador TYRUS PALADIUM quede en un segundo plano. La carta temática de la semana HILL GIANT que en esta oportunidad fue empleada por mi rival, cumplió una excelente función en la primera posición:

HILL GIANT became a mini tank that, with its 07 life points, delayed my attack towards the really damaging monsters such as the magic attackers, to the point that by round 04 I was totally wiped out, and all my opponent's magic attackers remained intact:

HILL GIANT pasó a ser un mini tanque que con sus 07 puntos de vida, retrasó mi ataque hacia los monstruos realmente dañinos como lo son los atacantes mágicos, al punto que para la ronda 04 yo estaba totalmente liquidado, y todos los atacantes mágicos de mi rival permanecían intactos:

I find it interesting to also show the battles that are lost, because I am a true believer that in the process of learning, everything adds up to learning: victories, defeats and draws.

Critical analysis of the monster "HILL GIANT"

It could not miss the fact of making an approach to the thematic monster HILL GIANT, representative of the splinter earth and of common nature; it is one of those fascinating monsters of the CHAOS LEGION generation with a way to attack melee, and a low consumption of mana, only 03 points.

Me parece interesante mostrar también las batallas que se pierden, porque soy fiel creyente de que en el proceso de aprender, todo suma al aprendizaje: victorias, derrotas y empates.

Análisis crítico del monstruo “HILL GIANT”

No podía faltar el hecho de hacer un abordaje al monstruo temático HILL GIANT, representante del splinter tierra y de naturaleza común; viene a ser uno de esos fascinantes monstruos de la generación CHAOS LEGION con una forma de atacar cuerpo a cuerpo, y un consumo bajo de mana, solamente 03 puntos.

For the low mana that this monster consumes, its stats reach a very interesting evolution, we are talking about the fact that at maximum level it acquires 03 points in speed and attack, and 09 points in life, additionally if we add the STUN ability, there is no doubt that HILL GIANT would be a very useful card in our deck.

Final Considerations

It is always good in strengthening our deck to include low mana cards, a solid strategy with this type of cards can ensure many victories, and the generation of monsters CHAOS LEGION gives players many options to choose from. Para el bajo mana que consume este monstruo, sus estadísticas alcanzan una evolución bastante interesante, hablamos de que en el nivel máximo adquiere 03 puntos en velocidad y ataque, y 09 puntos en vida, adicionalmente si le sumamos la habilidad STUN, no queda duda que HILL GIANT sería una carta de gran utilidad en nuestro mazo.

Siempre es bueno en el fortalecimiento de nuestro mazo incluir cartas de bajo mana, una sólida estrategia con este tipo de cartas te pueden asegurar muchas victorias, y la generación de monstruos CHAOS LEGION pone al alcance de los jugadores muchas opciones para escoger.
