Hello guys,

Today I am going to share with you another battle in @splinterlands.

Battle details: I played with earth splinter. And my opponent used a earth splinter against me.

It was a battle of total 32 mana cap with one rule:

Earthquake: Non-flying monsters take 2 melee damage at the end of each round.

I had my SCARRED LLAMA MAGE level 2, NECTAR QUEEN level 4, STONE GOLEM level 1, KRON THE UNDYING level 2 and BROWNIE level 2.
And my opponent had his/her cards as MYLOR CROWLING level 4, MINOTAUR WARLORD level 2, KRON THE UNDYING level 2, MAGI OF THE FOREST level 3, WOOD NYMPH level 5, EARTH ELEMENTAL level 4.

Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.

~SCARRED LLAMA MAGE. level 2

This legendary earth summoner adds +2 health to all friendly monsters, grants them Last Stand ability and cleanse all debuffs from a friendly monster in the first position.

Ir needs 7 mana.
Market.

I picked this summoner because I wanted to give my monsters Last Stand.

~NECTAR QUEEN. level 4

This is a earth monster. At this level it has melee attack(4), speed(3), health(12) and one ability:
Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have flying ability.

It needs 9 mana.
Market.

This monster is a good flying tank.

~STONE GOLEM. level 1

This is a earth monster. At this level it has melee attack(1), speed(1), armor(2), health(6) and one ability:
Shield: Reduced damage from melee and ranged attacks.

It needs 5 mana.
Market.

I had to use this monster because it is the theme for this week's challenge. I used this monster as my second tank.

~KRON THE UNDYING. level 2

This is a earth monster. At this level it has magic attack(3), speed (2), health(11) and two abilities:
Heal: Restores a portion of the monster's health each round. Divine Shield: The first time monster takes damage it is ignored.

It needs 10 mana.
Market.

I wanted to use this monster because with Last Stand it becomes very powerful. I placed this monster in the middle of my team because I wanted to make sure that it will survive long enough to be last monster on my team.

~BROWNIE. level 2

This is earth monster. At this level it has melee attack(1), speed(4), health(2) and one ability:
Haste: All friendly monsters have increased speed.

It needs 1 mana.
Market.

I picked this monster because I wanted to make my team faster. It also provided a bit protection for my main weapon (KRON).

On the battlefield.

My opponent had a strong team but I believed that my team is better. I knew that battle rule is more dangerous for my opponent because every monster in my team had last stand ability.

I had fewer monsters but that was fine because I was sure that my KRON will be the last monster remaining on my team and will get the Last Stand ability.

Battle rule was killing both teams. My opponent was about to lose most of his firepower so it seemed that battle is in my favor.

In the battle of KRONS only my KRON had the last stand ability. This advantage proved to be decisive.

And so I won.

In this battle I won 24.075 Dec and 19 League Rating. My strategy worked well-like I predicted my KRON was the last monster on my team and with the last stand ability my KRON was able to defeat my opponent's team. I used STONE GOLEM to protect my KRON longer.

STONE GOLEM is not a bad monster but I almost never use it. But it should be quite great on higher levels because of the stun ability.

I would like having some monsters with stun ability in my team.
