¿Por qué pienso que Splinterlands es el mejor Criptojuego?

Hoy vengo a contarles mi experiencia y mi punto de vista con respecto a splinterlands. También expondré lo que pienso sobre el juego a nivel de inversión y finanzas. De modo que dividiré este post en varias secciones.
Si te preguntas si este post es un consejo financiero podría decir que en sentido estricto no lo es, porque indiferentemente de mi manera de expresarme sobre splinterlands, te contaré mi experiencia. Es decir, hable bien o no, es mi experiencia, no necesariamente es algo generalizado y que a todos les pase igual.

¿Qué es Splinterlands?

Ciertamente hay que comenzar por definir qué es Splinterlands. Aunque es algo que ya muchos sabemos, me tomo este apartado para intentar definir según mi experiencia, qué es Splinterlands para cualquiera que le pueda interesar.

Sin más preámbulo, Splinterlands es un criptojuego NFT (Non Fungible Token) alojado en la cadena de bloques de Hive, posee una economía basada en activos (NFT), cartas que son las herramientas para cada partida o en pocas palabras los activos que pueden ser intercambiados dentro del mercado.

¿Como es su jugabilidad?

Como ya comenté es un juego de cartas NFT cada carta tiene además de su propio valor (lo hablaremos en el siguiente segmento ), tiene sus características únicas.

Como este post esta dirigido a quienes no conozcan nada o muy poco se Splinterlands comenzaré diciendo que es un juego de estrategia y economía de recursos.

Existen 6 elementos y cada elemento agrupa una cantidad de cartas con características afines. Los elementos son:

Además hay un pseudo-elemento que se conoce como Neutral y es básicamente un comodín de los demás elementos.

Pero, ¿Cómo que es un juego de estrategia y economía de recursos? el juego consiste en combatir persona vs persona, cada cual con el elemento o elementos que le permita la partida, allí entra la parte de la estrategia. Ya que los splinters que comparten elemento poseen algunas características comunes. Hay monstruos de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, etaque a distancia y de ataque mágico.

Hay splinters con mucha o poca vida, mucho o poco escudo, algunos poseen habilidades especiales. Y la estrategia es utilizar el maso de cartas de manera mas eficaz que el oponente. La misión es derrotarlo. Además cada partida conforme se va subiendo de nivel mostrará reglas que haran más interesante y añadirán complejidad a la partida.

Si esto es la estrategia, donde entra lo de la economía de recursos. Esto también otorgará a la partida un aspeto crucial. Cada carta, posee un costo de uso, lo que llamamos Mana cada partida tendrá un Mana determinado, esto limitará la cantidad de splinters usar. Por ejemplo: una partida nos permitirá usar solo 15 de Mana es decir, solo podremos utilizar splinters que juntos no sumen más de 15. En otras oportunidades habrá la posibilidad de que te permitan usar 99 de Mana, cosa que te permitirá usar las cartas que quieras.

El Mana va desde 12 hasta 99 y es algo aleatorio, a ambos oponentes se les permitirá usar la misma cantidad de Mana y les afectará de igual modo las reglas de cada partida según sea el caso.

Tipos de Splinters

Como ya les comenté, cada elemento tiene ciertas características afines, y esto es lo que básicamente diferencia un elemento de otro. Por ejemplo, el elemento agua posee cierta afinidad por la magia, a diferencia que el elemento fuego posee una afinidad por los splinters de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo.

Ahora bien, acá no es que un elemento posea ventaja sobre otro, como pudiesemos pensar entre el fuego y el agua, o muerte y vida.

Solamente hay cuatro tipos de splinters a grandes rasgos:

¿Qué son los invocadores?

Podríamos decir que son los Splinters que convocan o llaman al equipo, por lo general tienen algun efecto positivo en las cartas aliadas o negativo para las cartas enemigas. Cada elemento posee sus propios invocadores con excepción de los monstruos neutrales que no poseen invocador.

Para nadie es un secreto que Splinterlands no posee los mejores graficos, pero los que jugamos sabemos que eso no es lo verdaderamente importente una vez que te involucras con su jugabilidad. Comento esto, porque escuche de un conocido que dejó de jugar Splinterlands solamente por su aspecto estético, y a pesar de que respeto su decisión, sé que no llegó a conocer el juego a profundidad porque si ha sido asi, lo estético pasa a un plano menos importante.

Sistema de Ligas

Como todo video juego posee un sistema de niveles, que se pueden escalar y que a mayor nivel mayor grado de dificultad, y por supuesto mayor recompensas.

Los niveles en Splinterlands podriamos llamarlos Arenas y va desde la arena de novatos a Campeones:

Ahora bien, vamos con el siguiente apartado un poco más financiero...

¿Finanzas dentro del juego?

Si se han dado cuenta, ya asomé un atisbo de respuesta a esta cuestión. Es un juego NFT, la posesión y venta de estos activos digitales es uno de los aspectos principales, tambien hay un sistema de alquiler de NFT.

El juego posee muchas formas de monetizar tu tiempo dentro del juego, trataré de abordar los más comunes y los que yo manejo, no puedo hablar de algún modo que yo no haya explorado con antelación.

Antes de proseguir con el aspecto financiero debemos decir que el juego posee dos token, creditos ? uno para transaccionar dentro del juego y el otro es el token de gobernanza, y que actualmente esta en periodo de Airdrop, ya les contaré, pero antes hablemos de la moneda interna:

El DEC por sus siglas en ingles significa "Cristales oscuros de energía" (Dark Energy Crystal) es el token que recibirás tras ganar cada batalla luego de haber llegado a la arena Bronce II, puesto que una reciente actualización cerró las recompensas en DEC en arenas superiores a BRONCE 2.
También es la moneda en curso dentro del mercado de cartas NFT y no menos importante el DEC es uno de los activos que de poseer te llegará a tu cuenta el Airdrop de token de gobernanza llanado:

SPS (abreviatura de la palabra Splinterlans) como les acabo de decir, este token se encuentra en perido de Airdrop es decir que lo estan otorgando de manera gratuita a todos dentro del juego.

Recibes gratis el SPS por los activos que tengas dentro del juego. Cuanto más activos poseas mas SPS llegará a tu cuenta.

¿Qué activos debes tener para recibir SPS?

La manera mas rápida de recibir este token de gobernanza es por acumular DEC y tener cartas propias. Cuanto más, más recibes cada día.

Ahora bien como todo mercado criptográfico, tanto las cartas como cada uno de los tokens se encuentran en una constante fluctuación. Aunque las últimas semanas el DEC ha estado mucho más que fuerte, en comparación a meses atrás. Personalmente tengo dinero invertido en DEC no tanto como quisiera, pero, con las ganancias dentro del juego añado cada vez un poco mas.

¿Cuanto tiempo durará el Airdrop?

Un año del cual ya queda un poco menos. Lo increíble ha sido enterarme que el retorno en SPS equivale a un 300% de tus activos. Es decir que en periodos de 4 meses recibes el 100% de lo que tienes.

Ahora venimos con la pregunta del millon:

¿Realmente es rentable?

Esta pregunta es crucial, porque de cuya respuesta depende de la inversión o no. Pero, antes de continuar, vuelvo sobre un aspecto que comenté al comienzo. ¿Este post debe ser tomado o no como un consejo financiero?

Honestamente es tu decisión, acá estoy contando mi experiencia, estoy siendo transparente contigo estimado lector, de modonque si después de leer este post, decides invertir en Splinterlands, pues Bienvenido a la familia. Eso si, recuerda que toda inversión tiene un riesgo, y que cada experiencia es individual. Mi experiencia no será como la tuya, quizás te vaya mejor que a mí, y espero que así sea.

Para mi, ha sido toda una aventura, al principio (las dos primeras semanas jugando) no me fue nada nada bien, se hecho no sentía que fuese rentable. Luego me gané en una de las recompensas de final de temporada un cofre con 2000 Dec aproximadamente $20 al día de hoy. Y luego, dias después gané una carta legendaria con un valor actual de mas de $30, pero cuando la obtuve tenía un valor en el mercado de $16. Es decir que un par de meses ha duplicado su valor.

Poco a poco fuí entendiendo que Splinterlands es un juego a largo plazo, si piensas a jugar splinterlands olvídate del cortoplacismo. No es un juego que resolverá tu día a día a menos que hagas una cuantiosa inversión inicial, pero esto es tema del siguiente apartado.

En resumen, desde mi experiencia puedo decir que si es un juego rentable y aun más, pienso que es un Criptojuego donde tu capital aumenta con el tiempo, la economía del juego protege tu inversión eso es verdaderamente increíble.

¿De cuanto debe ser la inversión inicial ?

Hablar de la inversión inicial me resulta ambiguo e interesante. Ciertamente hay un mínimo a la hora de comenzar a jugar, hablamos de $10, costo del Libro del Invocador que viene a ser una especie de cupo con el cual tienes acceso a un grupo de cartas en cada elemento para comenzar a jugar, no son cartas propias son como una especie de prestamo hasta que poseas tus propias cartas.

Pero personalmente no recomiendo comenzar con lo minimo, en realidad yo lo hice de ese modo y por tal razón me fue un poco difícil crecer a un buen ritmo dentro del juego.

Si me preguntas: ¿César cuanto me recomiendas invertir? honesta y responsablemente te diré;

Compra el libro del invocador e investiga, mira el mercado y compra las cartas que consideres oportunas para subir el poder y lograr mantenerte en el nivel de BRONCE I por lo menos. De modo que con cada partida puedas ganar DEC.

Quizás con $50 aparte del libro del invocador.

Personalmente si tuviese $100 disponibles, los invertiría en Splinterlands. Aunque cada semana compro 1 o 2 cartas.

¿Cual es su porvenir?

La cuestión del porvenir en criptojuegos es bastante interesante, ya que hablamos del futuro de un sistema económico y financiero virtual basado en Blockchain. Pero que además es un juego por ende te entretiene y te diviertes o en teoría eso es lo que se pretende.

Actualmente muchos piensan que estamos en medio de una burbuja financiera gracias al auge de los Criptojuegos, no soy un experto en finanzas, pero si de algo me he dado cuenta es que cada dia apuntamos más a la descentralización. Y los Criptojuegos vienen a responder grandes incógnitas e inquietudes de un par de generaciones que buscan de manera incesante un nuevo porvenir financieramente hablando.

Actualmente la descentralización es lo mas cercano a una verdadera democracia fuera de la política habitual que anda con una toxicidad en el ADN.

De modo que les veo futuro, mucho en realidad. Ciertamente han nacido cientos y cientos de juegos blockchain y nacerán más, tambien morirán muchos. Pero Splinterlands posee ciertas características a su favor y que ambas añaden valor.

Es un juego con más de 3 años de experiencia, y que hoy en día tras el boom de los Criptojuegos ha sabido consolidar una economía sustentable cosa que para muchos proyectos ha sido un reto.

Tiene una comunidad que valora el juego por lo que es, y no posee un pensamiento cortoplacista. Sabe que en Splinterlands su inversión es protegida.

Su moneda interna el DEC a largo plazo conserva su valor y aumenta a un ritmo muy interesante, creo que evita el sobreprecios haciendo que sus correcciones vayan muy poco a poco.

Posee proyectos increíbles, uno de ellos es su propia red Social. Y si no me equivoco, es el único juego que posee su propia red social. Les hablo de splintertalk.io algo asi como "hablemos de Splinters"

Y día con día son más quienes ingresan a jugar. Tiene de las más grandes comunidades y más activas.

Pudiese seguir hablando sobre más y más cosas sobre Splinterlands, pero no terminaría nunca. Asi que este post tiene una extensión decente considerando que es un intento de acercamiento a un juego al que deseo atraer más y más personas.
