I lost my first tournament... And it was awesome!

I came back to Hive last week, and when I was here last time I thought it would be fun to buy the new card game that had just came out. I got some packs, did some fusing, but forgot about it because the only thing you could do was trade, and I've been always a horder. But now I found out that there are many different cards, you can lend, you can gain special coins, and you can battle... OMG, how was I missing this???

So I got my cards back and enter the game. I love the strategy that comes with the gameplay, so I feasted on the Arena. But then I found out about the tournaments... And boy oh boy, I was really excited to begin. I was luck enough to find a torunament that had NFTs as rewards. Yes I'm talking about the Spring Training sponsored by @davemccoy.

I entered and it took me a long time to set all 25 teams, but after that was just wait for it to be over. In my mind I was going to lose all the fights, but to my surprise and delight, I won 8 out of 25!!!

Yes, I lost by a long shot, but it was so much fun to learn the different rules for each mach, and also I could try many combinations of monsters. I gain a lot of knowledge and even got some beautiful NFTs, like this one:

Eu voltei para o Hive semana passada, e quando estava aqui achei que seria divertido comprar o novo jogo de cartas que acabou de sair. Comprei alguns packs, juntei algumas delas, mas deixei de lado já que naquele tempo tudo que você podia fazer era trocar elas, e como bom acumulador que sou, resolvi deixar quieto. Então peguei minhas cartas de volta e entrei no jogo. Eu amo estratégia com a jogabilidade, então me esbanjei na arena. E foi aí que descobri sobre os torneios... E rapaiz, eu fiquei muito empolgado para entrar. Tive muita sorte de encontrar um torneio onde a premiação são NFTs. Sim, estou falando do Spring Training patrocinado pelo @davemccoy.

Entrei e demorei um tempo para montar os 25 times, mas depois disso foi só assistir e esperar o fim do torneio. Na minha cabeça eu ia perder todas, mas para minha surpresa e alegria, eu ganhei 8 de 25!!!

Sim, eu perdi feio, mas foi divertido demais aprender as diferentes regras das batalhas, e pude testar varias combinações de monstros. Ganhei muito conhecimento e também algumas belas NFTs.
