My go to deck for those high mana matches

If you haven't been living under a rock for the last two weeks, you'll notice that some new reward cards have dropped. Some of them are fantastic and some are quite average, this puts a lot of new abilities into the hands of new players, and at the moment they are quite cheap (read free) either in your daily chest or on the market.

I've accumulated a fair few of them and have played with them for a week or so now, and by gosh have they changed the way I put together a deck when I go into battle. But the deck that they have influenced the most for me? I'd have to say it would be my dragon deck, and here is why.

Robo Dragon Knight

I was lucky enough a few months back to acquire a Robo Dragon knight as a reward, my god does he kick some ass! I mean just look at hois stats 8 armor and a 9 health, he needs a big tank to take him down, his biggest weakness would be magic, but look at that, he has void.

Twilight Basilisk

Boom a new card! Twilight Basilisk, although he doesn't pack a big punch, he has some good speed, and aids Robo Dragon Knight in taking down the tank of the other team. Twilight Basilisk has the reach ability, which makes him handy versing a life summoner. More often than not, they'll have shield bearer sitting at the back, who has the taunt ability, and instead of focusing on Shieldbearer, Basilisk will go for the tank, whilst all other members of your deck will focus on taunt.

Venari Wavesmith

Although Wavesmith doesn't bring a lot of power to the team, what she does bring is the shield ability. This shield ability, known as Protect, gives a shield to all cards in the team. This extremely comes in extremely hand early on, when your oponent is heavily dependant on range and melee. They have to wear down the sheild before they will do any damage to any ones health. More over, this will also bump Robos shield 9!

Axemaster

This guy is pretty much a staple in all my water decks, I mean, who can't go past that Double Strike! and dealing a damage of 2 with every strike. He could almost take down a tank himself to be honest.

Sandworm

This guy is a sometimes for me, and that generally depends on how much mana I have left for the rest of the battle. If I can't fit in my sandworm and a tank to protect the rear, I'll leave the sandworm out. Sandworm is great, but is pretty easy to take out with sneak, so I don't like to leave him unprotected.

Gelatinous Cube

I know that this seems a bit unorthodox, and if all my other cards get taken out, then I'm screwed! but this guys ability scavenge is helpful. You see, I used to place hime second spot, that way if Robo did get taken out, or, there was an explosion attack, then Gelatinous cube could be used as a meat sheild and not effect the other cards. This instance is quite the same though, if it's a sneak team that I am facing, then GC would take a lot of hits to get down, whilst also having the scavenge ability.

I know that this deck adds up to quite a high mana cost, but man is it effective, take a look below for yourself. The only difference is, I swapped GC for Naga Brute.

What is your favourite deck to use? I know all of these cards can be used in different ways, in different decks, and the outcome would be different. Feel free to comment below and share your experience with the new cards, and how you can best fit them in to your deck.
