Selection

For the selection, I have used google random number generator: https://www.google.com/search?q=random+number+generator

The eligible users are ordered alphabetically with their number ranges. The generated number selects the winner. Both cards can be delegated to the same user. I did all this in like 10 min... almost blindfolded. It's great when you are not biased by anyone. You just don't care what will be the result.

In the event of the cards not being the ones the users selected (both users have to be wrong), I reserve the choice for both to agree for a swap of delegation.
