Another week and another Splinterlands challenge, this time using a neutral card called Gem Meteor and the moment I saw that this challenge was about this card I had to go to see my collection because I was not sure if I had it, and this card I think I will have used it since I have it 2 times at most, really this is a card that I have almost never used because I do not like it very much and that's why I had my doubts. I wish there was some way to see the % of the most used cards in my collection, I do not know if there is any tool to see that, but I think it would be very interesting to detail which are the most used cards by each player. But anyway, these are the battles using the Epic card of neutral type: Gem Meteor.

Doing this challenge took me a bit to complete, but the two best battles using Gem Meteor was with the LIFE type summoner, one of them being the Legendary summoner Grandmaster Rathe and this was the formation of the first battle: In this first battle was active the "Briar Patch" battle rule, so I had to avoid the damage caused by the thorns, due to this I used only Range Attack and Magic Attack cards, except for the card in first position, since Pelacor Conjurer was the "tank" card in this formation, which was able to resist much of the enemy attacks and in this way, due to the thorns, was able to damage several cards of my opponent. The "Equalizer" rule was also active, so all cards had the same amount of life points. In second position I placed an excellent magic attack card: Light Elemental, a card that in its normal form has very few life points, therefore "Equalizer" benefited a lot this card and the card in third position, being that card: Divine Sorceress, another magic attack card with a very good ability "Divine Shield"; but that in its normal state has even less life than Light Elemental, with only 2 life points, so this card was also very benefited by the battle rule.

In fourth position I placed Adelade Brightwing and perhaps this card in this specific battle was not very useful, but at least it served to revive Pelacor Conjurer and because of this it managed to cause extra damage by the thorns, although it was not a good decision to place this card in this battle. In penultimate position is one of my favorite cards in my collection: Spirit Miner, a card that is in most of my battles. And in last position I placed the main card of this week's challenge: Gem Meteor and really this card is not much to my liking, because mainly has very little attack, only one point of attack range and its ability "Scattershot" I do not see much use, but perhaps I have not analyzed this card well and with another summoner may be more useful.

BATTLE 1

In this second battle I thought I would lose it, my opponent was covered in gold with his cards and at first I could see that he had a pretty solid and powerful formation, however, in the end my cards and my formation came to light giving me the victory. In first position I placed a card that is becoming a classic in my formations with the summoned LIFE: Uriel The Purifier, a very powerful card, which if not removed in time can result in something extremely lethal. In second position and with one of my favorite abilities: "Reach", I placed Corsair Bosun, a card from the new expansion that I really like to use, the only thing I don't like is its excessive mana cost.

In third position repeats again Adelade Brightwing, which this time proved to be more useful compared to the first battle, this card along with Uriel The Purifier, make an excellent combination. And just like Uriel The Purifier, also repeats in this battle: Spirit Miner, little more I have to say about this card that I have not said before, one of my favorites, especially for its ability "Swiftness". In penultimate position is the main card of the week: Gem Meteor, I still don't like this card, although in this battle it was useful. And in last position one of my favorite cards of the LIFE deck: Silvershield Sheriff, I think this card is one of the most solid cards of the "Ranged Attack" type, it has enough life points, a high level of attack and speed and also has abilities like "Snipe" and "Piercing", this card seems to me brutal and very useful.
