Weekly Challenge: MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN

Update regarding rewards: I keep getting pure crap. End of announcement. Another week and another Splinterlands challenge, this time using a card from the EARTH deck that I really like to use, Mycelic Slipspawn, as the Obsidian summoner is becoming one of my favorites thanks to his ability that adds a magic attack point to the cards. I've been using this summoner quite a lot these last few days and the results have been good. But anyway, these are the battles using Mycelic Slipspawn¸ which were really good and challenging:

In this first battle, since the "Melee Mayhem" battle rule was active, I had to use at least 3 melee attack cards, but with high health and attack points, but I also had to take advantage of Obsidian's ability and use magic attack cards, so my strategy was as follows: In first position and as a precaution to my enemy using magic attack cards like me, I decided to use a card that could counteract those attack and at the same time had good physical attack and good life points, so the decision was logical and in first position I placed: Unicorn Mustang. The next two cards are excellent in terms of life points and attack, they are very complete and very offensive cards. So in second position I place: Grund, which thanks to its ability allows you to attack twice, being doubly dangerous. In third position is one of the most powerful old cards at the time and even today, after several years it is still very useful in battle and that card is: Goblin Mech. The next 3 cards are magic attack cards, being the fourth card in position my classic Spirit Miner and in this way I take advantage of its ability to increase the speed of all my cards and thus have an advantage. In fifth position and as dictated by the challenge of this week I placed: Mycelic Slipspawn, an extremely powerful magic attack card, but which has the ability "Taunt" which makes it the main target until it is eliminated, however, this gives me the advantage that my other cards go unnoticed and thus attack enemy cards without taking damage or at least without taking much damage. And in last position is another very powerful and lethal magic attack card, that card is: Centauri Mage.

BATTLE 1

In this second battle some cards are repeated in the formation with respect to the first battle, however, unlike the first battle, in this particular one I only used a melee attack card, the rest of cards with magic attack and this was the strategy: In first position and repeating in this battle is: Grund, very useful card and with a very dangerous offensive. In second position and again, as dictated by the challenge of this week, I placed: Mycelic Slipspawn. In third position, a card that needs no introduction: Spirit Miner. In the next three positions I placed cards that were not in the previous battle and those cards are: Spirit Chaman, one of my favorite cards of the EARTH deck, whose ability "Stun" has saved me from losing battles on more than one occasion. In fifth position, I placed another card that has also saved me several times, since its ability "Tank Heal" has helped resist many of my cards, so that the battle is prolonged and turns in my favor. And in last position, a magic attack card, which is quite old, but highly powerful and that card is: Prismatic Energy.
