Troubles in Steemland? I do mean tribes! Synchronisation problems?

It looks there is something wrong with the synchronisation between the tribes and steem.
I noticed this morning when I did write my steempost about the qualification of Euro 2020. Because this one is sports related I did add the #sportstalk tag, but it didn't appear on the tribe page.
I also noticed that when I do have a look at the post on steempeak that it also has a steem payout and no tribe pay-outs!

Normally it looks like this:

When hovering over the pay-out I should see some Pal or Neoxian dust, but nothing there!

Just a few minutes ago I did write a post with my secondary account about the daily steemmonsters quest. But also here no sign of this. But this one was written on splintertalk.io but if even isn't visible there.
Even worse, when I did check out the new posts, the last post was 7 hours ago. Yes, I did check the new section and not my own feed.
The same problem is visible within sportstalk.io. Also there the last post is 7 hours ago!

Does anybody have an idea what is wrong?

Looks like a steem-engine problem. Because I am also unable to claim my rewards.
I do think that both problems are related with each other!

There is an issue with steem engine and the scotbot ... it should resolve soon :)
