Well, I guess I've put off generating this report about as long as I could. The fact is, I don't relish the idea of looking back at my last season performance. Because it sucked! "How bad could it be?" you ask. Pretty bad. Two seasons ago, I made a significant investment in more Chaos Legion packs and after opening them all and leveling up many of my cards, I was able to achieve Champion 3 league. But this season last season, instead of building off that performance, I finished only as high as Diamond 2 league.

I think my Win/Loss Ration in Wild Format best exemplifies my struggles last season to reach a respectable level. I had a 0.79 ratio which is far worse than my Win/Loss has been for a long time. I have been playing around a little in the Modern Format just to see how high I can climb, but without a strong Untamed deck I just can't compete at the higher levels.

I competed in a couple Alpha Card tournaments this season. I did so-so. My Alpha deck is a weak gold level deck, so I usually do much better in the Silver and Bronze level Alpha Card tourneys. At least I finished in the money in both tournaments and brought home a net profit of 68 SPS. It's not much right now, but next year when the price of SPS explodes it will be a small fortune. *knocking furiously on wood

So now we come to the true measure of a season, the rewards earned. Even though I earned far fewer reward chests this season, my Season chests were Champion level chests thanks to last season's finish, so my Total Ranked Play Earnings were significantly higher this season than last. My DEC earnings increased almost 49% from 22081 to 32887 DEC, while my Credit earnings increased 33.5% season to season. Most notably I received 5 total Chaos Legion packs this season vs. only 2 last season. Another highlight is that I received 3 Legendary Reward cards vs. only 1 last season.

I kind of let my rentals coast last season. I had pulled a lot of cards off the market and haven't taken the time to relist them. As soon as I have some free time, I need to revisit this situation. Now that SPS has replaced DEC for Ranked play rewards and in reward chests, Rental income is one of the few sources of DEC I have.

For the record, my net DEC income from rentals dropped approximately 6100 this season from last. I hope to see that move back up some by the end of this season.

This is the first complete season with no SPS from the year long airdrop. They SPS shown under airdrop is earnings from staking assets in the various Liquidity Pools. I am unstaking some of my SPS and moving it to the various LPs to try and increase my share of the rewards. So far, I've managed to replace about 50% amount of SPS I was receiving every day in the airdrop. I plan to continue moving SPS from Staked to LPs in the coming weeks.

Even though my rank at the end of this season was disappointing, I still managed to do pretty well with my overall rewards and income. I need to take a little more time and work on rental listing and total number of battles. If I can do better at these two issues, I think I will do much better and enjoy the game more as well.
