DRAGON JUMPER: THE DEPENDABLE RELIABLE MONSTER


Hello splinterlords and splinterladies across the world, how are you feeling today? Splinterlands battles are not an easy battle like before. My thought was that the battle would be simpler than the previous setup where you just need to complete your daily battle and claim rewards.
This season we are in right now is even tougher, I am still in because by this time last season, I already had 44 season rewards to claim but right now; I only have 33 seasons to claim and I don't think I can have as many as I had last season.
Well! The battles are on, and the season is not yet over: but there is a possibility that I cannot have a reward. I believe I can still do something before the season ends.

Last time I posted about a dragon in battle challenge was three months ago, that was when I talked about Djinn Chwala. I love the thorn’s ability of Djinn Chwala; it is the thorn’s that make me use this monster in battles. The enrage ability can only be activated in level 4 of which my summoner cannot carry it for now, until I get my summoner to level 5 of which I will do so later.

I am going to share a battle about DRAGON JUMPER. The abilities of dragon jumper made me like this monster. Whenever I am fighting with level three of this monster, I have a 10% probability of winning the battles. The stun ability is so awesome, and the snare is incredible. This was what made me buy the monster in the market. The day that my opponent used a dragon jumper against me, that was the day I bought it from the market.
Well! I couldn’t get level 3 of dragon jumper, so I went for level 1 and it is very useful for me up till today.
The dragon’s speed is fantastic, I often used it when high speed is needed in battles. If you watch this battle, you would realize that Dragon jumper is the second monster that attacked. The opportunity ability is vital in battles to destroy some powerful monster with lowest health. This is the reason I love to use opportunity monsters in some battles, especially battles with lower mana caps.

With flying ability, there is a chance to evade melee and ranged monsters; also, the earthquake rule could not do anything against it.

HOLY PROTECTION: All monsters have the divine shield ability.


ODD ONES OUT: Monsters with odd mana may not be used in the battle.

MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT

TORHILO THE FROZEN: since there was no monster that could give me what I wanted, Torhilo was the best choice in first position. The void ability could help to reduce the magic attack and the armor could do a little help by delaying from damaging the health directly.
54 mana cap was given and torhilo is one of the monsters with highest health, which would take a longer time before being eliminated.
After I considered that torhilo’s health with armor is good to delay, I chose torhilo the frozen as the best monster to lead the battle.
Torhilo accomplished its mission before being eliminated in round 2.


NERISSA TRIDAWN: The magic ability and health were the major factors. I knew that torhilo would be eliminated, so I created a backup which could fortunately lead the battle to victory. At the end of round two, three monsters were eliminated: one from my side and two from my opponent's side.


DRAGON JUMPEP: I was fascinated by the speed and opportunity ability of the dragon jumper today. You could see how the dragon jumper eliminated the soul strangler and contributed to the battle.


VENARI WAVESMITH: Extra armor is needed in this battle so that it won’t be easy for my opponent to defeat me. Venari wavesmith was the only monster that could give me that extra armor.
That was the reason it was very difficult for the skeleton assassin to eliminate the sandworm; in the last round of the battle, the skeleton assassin could not eliminate the sandworm.
The addition of more armor to torhio made it difficult to eliminate it very fast.


CAPTAIN GHOST: My plan was to afflict monsters with increased and healing health. The presence of an increasing health ability monster would make it difficult for me, hence the only way to stop such a monster was to use a monster with afflictions.
When I was selecting monsters in this battle, I saw a healing ability monster, that was the reason I chose captain ghost in case my opponent selected it.


SANDWORM: Since the rule of the battle contained ‘holy protection’ it is understood that sandworm will attack twice before such a monster would be eliminated.
I also planned to attack from behind, that was the reason I selected sandworm.
The reason I placed sandworm as last monster was that i would rather lose sandworm than to lose captain ghost, and i knew that it is going to take melee or ranged monster three or four times to eliminate sandworm; because such a monster has to remove the divine shield, attack the armor and health.
In conclusion, dragon jumper is one of the best monsters while using dragon summoner, good to use when speed battles are given as we all know that 80% of battles need speed monsters, and good to use when earthquake rule is given.
Dragon jumper is a dependable and reliable monster. i can rely on this monster because I have used it several times and it failed me not.
