Share Your Battle Challenge- Crypt Beetle
Hello splinterlords and splinterladies, how are you today? We have been talking about the crypto market these days. Hmmm! It seems everything is red right now but there is hope that things will soon get back.
I don’t even know how to use crypt beetle. I was unsuccessful but after my trials, I was able to win a battle using a crypt beetle.
One of the problems I was having was the health number of the crypt beetle, the number was so small to the extent I don’t even know where it fits in both when the smallest highest mana was given.
Though, I know the monster will not be good in high mana battles, therefore i don’t bother myself of using it.
My own crypt beetle was in level two: hence it has 2 health and 1 armor. It is not fit to use as an attacking monster in the first position in the battle, because opponent monsters can just eliminate it in just an attack.
RULESET
Explosive weaponry: all monsters have the blast ability.

BATTLE ARRANGEMENT
Crypt Beetle: The moment i saw explosive weaponry, i decided to use crypt beetle to defend in this battle, i knew it would not be easy for my opponent because the monsters given to battle was like some monsters that i did not really like and death summoner was only available in this battle.
Crypt Beetle was eliminated in the first round, but my goal was achieved which was to allow mag necrosi to attack damaged monsters in the middle.
Harklaw: This was one of the monsters I deliberately chose to fight in this battle, but I have to place it in 2 positions since it has shield ability. Harklaw was not affected by the explosive weaponry rule when it was in the second position that was my main target at the start of the battle because I did not have monsters that can repel explosive weaponry rule.
Shadowy Presence: what a monster, i chose shadowy presence to be used as monster to be affected by blast ability. This is exactly what I need to win this battle. Shadowy presence is a one mana monster with 4 health. I knew by the time shadowy presence would be eliminated, harklaw and magi necrosi would have done more damage to the health of opponent monsters.
Magi Necrosi: this is the deal of the day, using this monster was my best choice because i knew the monster would attack from the middle. It really does attack in the middle and destroys most of the monsters of my opponent.
One thing that triggered me to use it was the snipe ability. This ability made it possible for me to win this battle.
Creepy Ooze: this battle requires high speed monsters. Therefore, I have to do something to suppress the speed of my opponent's monsters. I knew creepy ooze is the one of the monsters that could do that with just one mana.
Creepy ooze was brought in to reduce opponent monsters, and it successfully did it. This was another opportunity I got to attack faster in this battle.
Furious Chicken: I thought sneaky monster would be used by my opponent, that was the reason furious Chichén was the last monster in my lineup.
Very well arranged post! Cryptic Beetle is a true low mana cost meatshield when leveled up. hehe
Keep up the good work!
