I'm largely just putting this up for accounting purposes. I like how the information gets aggregated and the creators of this app should probably work with someone on some tax software because they've already done half the work.

If you read beyond this point, know it's just me ranting.

I ended the season in Gold for the first time ever. It's always been available to me but usually its more valuable to rent the extra 30k CP than it is to collect the 4 extra chests that come with Gold 3 over Silver 1. So many of my cards went unrented even though I dropped them to a quarter of what they were last end of season so I took them off the market and picked up the extra chests. Seriously, they have destroyed this rental market and they aren't close to done with it yet.

I didn't play all my quests this time so my card rewards were a little light. The game is pretty discouraging to me lately as the devs seem intent on destroying their creation and I'm not sure why. I did pick up a gold foil epic in a chest this time so that was nice. It's worth 1/4 of what it was a month ago and racing toward zero so its not nearly as exciting as it once was. And it no longer has any rental value.

Hahahahahahaaa yeah. rentals. Well @smalp rented out plenty as he undercut everyone with walls of inventory. The rest of us got destroyed. I made in a season less than I used to make in 3 days. And contrary to popular belief, those opening numbers were completely sustainable had they run things correctly.

SPS is sitting at its all time lows for the most part. I keep staking and everyday it seems that the total stake is worth less than the day before.

I don't know what else I can say. The devs have made incredible errors and continue to double down on them. What should be a thriving economy with millions of players is a stagnant game with assets bleeding value constantly with no end in sight. I still have a lot of money wrapped up in this and I even decided to pick up a second plot of land since one seemed woefully inadequate when I'm sitting on 40k sps and $120k worth of cards but I don't have high hopes for it. It's so frustrating because they've done so much right and its just small tweaks they needed to make the rocket launch we saw a few months ago continue into the new year instead of fizzle out.

And yes, the growth was sustainable into the millions of people. It didn't need to fizzle out at 400k and pull back. It's a network, not a stock price. Prices get overheated and pull back to consolidate. Network growth accelerates growth until it hits 50% of its potential audience and then begins to slow unless otherwise interrupted. Facebook didn't stop at 400k people and take a breather because that's not how network growth works. The devs interrupted growth. It didn't slow because fewer bots. It stopped and reversed downward.
