My market deal of the day!
Howdy! It's ya boy again with some tips on the Splinterlands market! Today I bought some cards, and I'll explain abit why.
Right now it might not seem like alot of packs are being opened. That makes sense as you can only get the legendary airdrop summoners after they release. I'm holding mine too :) That means the main people opening and selling packs are of 2 types of groups I reckon.
- Group sale pools selling off cards for distributions. and 2. Whales and average savvy folk buying packs, opening and selling cards (roughly $4 value with pots) to cycle airdrop points.
These groups add more sell pressure then normal folk, as they are trying to scalp cards as fast as possible. And chaos has help up better then I expected so far. So, I started looking for deals on QUALITY that will be hard to find later. We talking golds baby!
I went after the powerhouse water tank, Diemonshark! Before gen sale I saw him changing hands around $0.80. He is now $0.32. Still, at that price its a CP/USD ratio of 63ish. Good for a card like that, but not great. Now, take a look at the GOLD version. He is selling around the same as average chaos rares at time of writing (and the last day or 2). That puts a STELLER GOLD FOIL water tank, at over 100CP/USD
