# Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 7 Report Card

This season I tried renting a bunch of powerful cards to push my deck up to champion level. I hit Champion in Wild with 3 days to go and then started in Gold 2 in Modern and worked my way up to Diamond 1 but hit a wall due to competitiveness and not wanting to crush my ECR.
Very happy with my win rate in Modern but Wild is a bit lacking.

I have been hammering hard in tournaments, I really enjoy the style and excitement and the potential jackpots.

1 Lego, 4 epics, 1 GF rare and 5 GF commons. A little under EV due to a huge number of RF commons in my champ chests. They really do hurt when you see them :(
I did hit one chest of 1600 SPS and that saved my entire season.
Some people don't like the lottery aspect of the higher sps chest drops but I think they're important even if it make earning less reliable.
They are basically the equivalent of a Gold Foil Legendary card which no one thinks are a problem I think it can help bring new layers in seeing some of the crazy SPS drops

I spent ALOT on rentals this season and I'm not sure it was worth the benefit. I spent 55k which is double my normal rentals and is approx $37USD. Normally I am about half that price with similar results but as the competition heats up I may have to rent more to have the tools I need to hit the higher ranks.
