The Lost City // Official Music for Splinterlands

This is an ambient soundscape for a "Lost City".
I've had so much tension over the last week from the Steem/Tron debacle ... I'm pretty sure it comes through in this piece.
This is one of those compositions that sounds so much different/better in headphones than it does through speakers ... but as always it is just a rough mix that will eventually be professionally mixed by @harrisonmir.

Hello Isaria,

I love it!

I really appreciate the quality of all sounds you used here. I did not come to your page before so I am a "new guy" following your music.

I would have felt the music being "cyberpunk", would you agree?

The dark setting of the latest days certainly inspired that :)

I wonder if you are looking for, you know, opinions about what could be made differently if you were to make a second version some day?

I don't know. I mean, I don't want to sound odd, because I really appreciated the track and I am no musician. I'll go with it.

I think the main theme is excellent and could gain even more acceleration/intensity at some point in the two thirds of the track. So, to be more accurate, there is a problem I experienced. At some point near 2'20 the track repeats the theme, until at 2'40 it comes down. If I spoke about 2'20 it is because it is at that point that I believe the repetition is too much perceived.

If, at 1'50 or more, the main theme would instead gain another incredible power/rhythm/intensity, the story of the whole track would be even more imperishable.

This is only some kind of first impression, don't mind me :)

You really did an awesome thing, so I like when you are inspired that way.

Also everything I said here has no real value if the track is to be used inside a game itself to accompany another story/setting.

Now I am going to listen to your other music tracks. :)

Question:
is there any reason to use audius.co instead of soundcloud of others?
I did not know about audius so now I am checking!

I have a list of instances for which I am to create music for inside the game so it is a repetitive ambient soundscape as opposed to an actual "song". I didn't want to build it up too much and make it too busy ... wanted to keep the emptiness of the lost city throughout.

Audius is supposed to eventually have a crypto token, so that's why I use it.
