Hello all Splinterlands and Hive friends. I have recently started this new project where I tell stories based on the Lore of Splinterlands and my own inventions, both of battles and cards. Let me know what you think.

pngegg_1_.png

The long journey home had begun. The three Humans, together with the gnome Supply, had set off to return to Lyveria. The journey was long and in some cases dangerous. But the Three Humans had the blessing of Kron The Undying and Spirit Of The Forest, so they would have nothing to fear... maybe...

The three Humans together with Supply Runner were following the path through the tall grass of the Primordic Grasslands when they began to hear various noises coming from the tall grass.

"Sinder, what shall we do?" asked Finnerick.

"Nothing Finn, let's just keep walking. For now we have nothing to worry about. Lots of creatures live here, it's impossible not to encounter some of them on our crossing!" replied Sinder.

"OK Sinder, but let's at least think of a plan for when something or someone pops out in front of us... let's not be unprepared!"

" Finn, we have nothing to fear. We will explain the situation to them and they will understand," replied Sinder.

" Eheheh yeah right..."

" Why are you so sceptical Finn?" asked SInder.

"I remind you, my dear, that many of Anumun's creatures have neither the power of speech nor the ability to think. They are beasts; they neither speak nor think. Nor do they even understand our language... so what kind of plan is it to talk to us?" replied Finnerick.

''You're right Finn, let's not think now. Let's not get caught up in either anxiety or fear. Let's just keep walking. We must get to the Souther Gob Hub!" replied Sinder.

Meanwhile, the further the Humans went along the path, the more something moved behind them. It was a noise like a rustling. It was definitely coming from the tall grass and it was definitely something.

"Sinder... I can't be quiet though. I have a feeling that something is following us." said Finnerick.

" Finn, if we freeze in fear we'll stay in this exact spot and rest assured we won't get out alive. So take courage, harden your legs and keep walking!" replied Sinder, a little annoyed.

"But how can you be so calm? We hear all these noises... you don't hear them? How can you not be worried? Aren't you even curious?" replied Finnerick.

" Finn... I'm telling you, the more time we waste, the better chance we have of making it to the Hub in one piece. So please, don't let fear overcome you and let's move on!" replied SInder.

Indeed, however, the noise was getting louder and louder, until suddenly something actually happened. Something passed from one side of the path to the other, behind them, producing a great noise of grass being moved.

"Sinder!" shouted Finnerick.

" Quiet Finn, don't shout!" replied Sinder.

" Is someone there? Or are you something? Show yourself! We don't want to hurt you! We just want to cross the path!" said Finnerick loudly.

" Hey Finn, have you changed your mind about creatures being able to understand our language?" asked Sinder ironically.

" Go to hell, Sinder! I'm trying to survive!" said Finnerick.

But, suddenly, another big noise was heard by the Humans. This time in the opposite direction.

"Damn Sinder, what do we do?" asked Finnerick.

"Let's wait for Finn, let's wait!" replied SInder.

Suddenly, once again, there was a great noise among the grass. When all of a sudden a very strange creature came out and stood in front of them. The humans froze, unable to move or speak. It was something very strange, it did not seem to be a child of Nature. It seemed to be something created in a laboratory.

In front of them, the three Humans and Supply Runner, stood a Harvester.

.

Harvester is a strange lizard-bodied beast with huge scorpion claws and elephant tusks. Its bright yellow spirited eyes and other details make it a truly strange beast. As if it were a bit of a mixture of various creatures found in nature, something very strange indeed.
Its story is a peculiar and mysterious one. Some malicious scientists from Gobson, then Goblins, studied the creature at a desk and managed to make it in the laboratory. Their aim was to use it in battle, especially to defend the town of Gobson from invaders. The problem, however, was that they could not control the creature, so the first creation managed to escape. So they tried again and made, again in the laboratory, an exact copy of the first Harvester. But even in this case, it proved indomitable and managed to escape from Gobson's dark laboratory.
The creatures were too dangerous to leave them free to roam the cities, so the Goblins were forced to call a meeting of the Great Council of Anumun to admit their responsibility and ask Spirit Of The Forest for a hand.
The Grand Council met and the punishment for Gobson's scientists was very harsh, the laboratory was closed and the scientists working on the project were harshly punished with years and years in prison. The creatures were intercepted and it was decided that they would live in the Primordic Grasslands, because there they would find primordial creatures as strong as or stronger than them and could live like any other beast in the Grasslands.

The problem was that these creatures multiplied at a rapid rate, until the Great Council had to meet again and determine that they could no longer reproduce, the ceiling being set at 50 units.

Over time, the number of Harvester units present in the Primordic Grasslands decreased, there are now only 16 Harversters.

One of these had just visited its human friends...

" Now what the heck do we do Sinder?" asked Finnerick worriedly.

" I haven't the faintest idea Finn..." replied Sinder.

" I told you, we should have thought of a plan " retorted Finnerick.

" Yeah, like a plan could have saved us from that!" shouted Sinder.

" Sinder, cosa facciamo?" chiese Finnerick.

"Niente Finn, continuiamo a camminare.

" Eheheh sisi come no..."

Continuiamo a camminare.

"Aspettiamo Finn, aspettiamo!" rispose SInder.
