Feral Spirit

This is the purrfect challenge for now, as Feral Spirit is one of my favorite Life Beta cards, although he's seeing a lot of competition now from the slow but strong Stitch Leech, let's check him out:
Feral Spirit**:

THEMEFeral Spirit
EditionALPHA/BETA
RarityCOMMON
SplinterLIFE
Attack TypeMelee
Forever caught between dimensions, the Feral Spirits (and all Luminous Beasts) are the result of the Obliteration of Light, a horrible destructive event in which all the living vanished from the surface of Khymeria. These spirits do not hunger or thirst, but their fangs still bite and their claws still slash.

Feral Spirit, like the rest of the Alpha/Beta Commons, are very simple, decent stats, with just 1 ability. They are stat reliant, and have fairly decent stats for their mana cost: At 3 Mana, Feral Spirit is a 1 Melee, 4 Speed, and 2 Health sneak attacker who ramps up nicely with Silvershield Knight

Level 4 Feral Spirit starts to become a threat when it suddenly gains +1 Melee.

He also gains an additional 1 Melee at Level 7 and Level 10.

His final stats at Level 10 are 4 Melee, 6 Speed, 5 Health, and Sneak

He costs about $3.40 per BCX in his Beta variant

**LEVEL COSTS**
Level 4 costs about $40, this is where he gains **+1 Melee**
Level 7 costs about $350, this is where he gains, yet again, **+1 Melee**
At Level 10, max level, he costs about $1600, he gains another **+1 Melee** (based on 1 BCX prices)

*Keep in mind that higher BCX Cards come with discounts, this is the math for purchasing 1 BCX Cards, which you should NOT do if you're planning to level.*

Feral Spirit has a few major summoners that he pairs best with:

Tyrus Tyrus gives Feral Spirit the +1 Armor he needs to survive a few crucial blows which could end your sneak attack run real quick.

Lorna Shine is the newer, superior option IMO, as her divine shield protects you against a sneak melee OR a magic attack, which nearly guarantees Feral Spirit lasts just a little bit longer to kill more of the backline.

Dragons have some other, versatile options:

If it has speed, it pairs with Kitty. +2 Speed on this little speedy cat is always a good move, plus, than you're theCATically correct.

Daria is a great choice, as she gives +1 Melee, and can make Feral Spirit absolutely lethal in Bronze, Silver, AND Gold.

Position 3-5

As a rather squishy sneak attacker, you want him nestled somewhere safely in the middle of the pack, where he can do his super fast assassinations. Generally, I like to pair him with a SS Assassin behind him, protecting him from sneak with armor and divine shield, and a squishy Truthspeaker up front to add armor and protect him from an opportunity attacker targeting him.

Equalizer Melee Only

  1. Unprotected lets Feral Spirit freely attack the health of the backline without worry of armor.
  2. Odds lets you use Feral Spirit!
  3. Little League is a good space for Feral Spirit
  4. Melee Only allows Feral to help the team with his Sneak
  5. Equalizer makes Feral Spirit a great attacker, dodger, AND tank.

  1. Evens = Feral Spirit just won't be around
  2. No Abilities makes Feral Spirit an awful card that can only be placed in position 1 and won't attack anywhere else and has horrible health.
  3. Poison: Feral Spirit doesn't have the health to be in Poison or Earthquake
  4. Armored makes Feral Spirit very ineffective in battle, unable to break armor.
  5. Reverse Speed makes Feral Spirit attack last and horribly inaccurate.
  6. Super Sneak makes Feral Spirit kind of useless. Sorry Feral!

Stampede, No Neutrals, 12 Mana, All Splinters but DRAGON and FIRE

Remember guys, Speed Kills.

No seriously, that 1 speed gave me a 10% to dodge that bad boy, and Mother Khala's +1 HP allowed Silvershield Paladin to survive one more round, clinching the win against a Trampling Undead Rexx in low mana, a feat of luck, but an impressive feat regardless; I was expecting a team of smaller monsters and was pleasantly surprised to get that miss.
