The Luck of the Draw #35 - As Neutral as Switzerland

avatar

Hello dear Splinterlanders and welcome to another Episode of The Luck of the draw. The new year has dawned upon us and Let me tell you, being hung over and coming up with a clever title for a blogpost is quite a feat on days like these. As implied by the title today's quest was a neutral quest, requiring me to win three matches without using a Neutral card. Seeing how the Chicken is an extremely important meta card at the moment the quest is quite a bit harder than it might seem at first glance. But nontheless the quest was completed rather quickly and provided the following rewards:

Alright, another Legendary potion and 10 DEC. Nothing to complain about here but I made one observation which leads me to think that there is some kind of manipulation with the rewards going on, at least regarding the potions. You see, whenever I have more Alchemy Potions than Legendary Potions, I tend to get a lot more Legendary Potions and the other way around. The amount of potions always stays rather samey which could just be luck, but it does seem a little fishy, unless the blockchain reward is simply "potion" and then the game auto assigns which one you get by looking at your numbers. It would make sense to do it like that... Maybe the Devs have already said something about this before?
Anyways, thank you guys and gals for reading and keep up keeping up!
