With the arrival of the Riftwatcher edition of Splinterlands, new cards have been added to make our battles even more spectacular. One of the things that characterizes this new edition is the high cost of many of its cards.
Playing with these cards will only be possible if the Mana Cap is really high and we will not always be able to use them, but if the conditions to use these cards are met, they assure us apocalyptic combats, with creatures of enormous power.
Con la llegada de la edición Riftwatcher de Splinterlands, nuevas cartas se han unido para hacer aún más espectaculares nuestras batallas. Una de las cosas que caracteriza a ésta nueva edición es el elevado coste de muchas de sus cartas.
Jugar con éstas cartas solo será posible si el Mana Cap es realmente elevado y no siempre podremos usarlas, pero si se reúnen las condiciones para usar estas cartas, nos aseguran unos combates apocalípticos, con criaturas de enorme poder.
This week's "Sharing your Battle", I want to dedicate it to these new cards, his name is Runic Skyclaw.
This card is a rare rarity and despite its high mana cost, I see huge potential in it.
It has a cost of 9 mana points, which greatly limits its use, but in exchange we have a very powerful creature with very useful abilities.
With a 3-point ranged attack, 6 points of speed, 3 points of shield and 5 points of health, all at level 1, along with her Flying and Snipe abilities, make her a lethal creature.
El "Sharing your Battle" de esta semana, quiero dedicarlo de éstas nuevas cartas, su nombre es Runic Skyclaw.
Esta carta es de rareza rara y pese a su elevado coste de maná, le veo un enorme potencial.
Tiene un coste de 9 puntos de maná, lo que nos limita mucho su uso, pero a cambio tenemos una criatura muy poderosa y con habilidades muy útiles.
Con un ataque a distancia de 3 puntos, 6 puntos de velocidad, 3 puntos de escudo y 5 puntos de vida, todo ello a nivel 1, junto con sus habilidades Flying y Snipe, la hacen una criatura letal.
In the following table, we can see how at level 5 we get the ability Reflection Shield and at level 8 Giant Killer, one of the abilities that will become fashionable thanks to the large number of high mana cost creatures that have appeared.
En la siguiente tabla, podemos observar como a nivel 5 conseguimos la habilidad Reflection Shield y a nivel 8 Giant Killer, una de las habilidades que se va a poner de moda gracias a la gran cantidad de criaturas de elevado coste de maná que han aparecido.

Mana Cap: 46 - Rulesets: Silenced Summoners | Heavy HittersI have selected this match because it is a clear example of the potential of Runic Skyclaw, since both my opponent and I use it.
I choose to use the summoner Quix the Devious as it is the one that allows me to use higher level cards.
In first position as always I play Djinn Chwala, my reference in attack and defense.
In second position we will play Chaos Dragon, for its vitality, attack and if we are lucky it is possible that if I attack randomly I can do a lot of damage to the enemy.
Third position for Corpse Fiend and that makes the enemy lose an attack.
Fourth position for Dhampir Infiltrator. Its 2 attacks to the last position creature of the enemy can be good for us.
Fifth position for Runic Skyclaw, the star card and that hopefully will help us to get the victory.
And in last position to Lira the Dark that will help us to eliminate the creatures of lower life of the enemy.
We are facing a very close match. In which my opponent and I used a very similar strategy. Finally the balance falls in my favor thanks to Chaos Dragon and its random attack, which hits and destroys several of the opponent's creatures that could do more damage to me.
We can see how Runic Skyclaw is incredibly powerful and his attack is aimed at creatures with ranged, magic or no attack, the ones that usually give us more problems in a fight.
He seleccionado éste combate porque es un claro ejemplo del potencial de Runic Skyclaw, ya que tanto mi oponente como yo lo usamos.
Yo opto por usar al invocador Quix the Devious ya que es el que me permite usar cartas de mayor nivel.
En primera posición como siempre juego a Djinn Chwala, mi referente en ataque y defensa.
En segunda posición jugaremos a Chaos Dragon, por su vitalidad, ataque y si tenemos suerte es posible que si ataque al azar haga mucho daño al enemigo.
Tercera posición para Corpse Fiend y que haga perder un ataque al enemigo.
Cuarta posición para Dhampir Infiltrator. Sus 2 ataques a la criatura en última posición del enemigo nos puede venir bien.
Quinta posición para Runic Skyclaw, la carta estrella y que esperemos nos ayude a conseguir la victoria.
Y en última posición a Lira the Dark que nos ayudará a eliminar a las criaturas de menor vida del enemigo.
Estamos ante un combate muy igualado. En el que usamos una estrategia muy similar mi oponente y yo. Finalmente la balanza cae a mi favor gracias a Chaos Dragon y su ataque al azar, que golpea y destruye a varias de las criaturas del rival que más daño podían hacerme.
Podemos observar como Runic Skyclaw es increíblemente poderoso y su ataque va dirigido a criaturas de ataque a distancia, mágico o sin ataque, las que suelen darnos más problemas en un combate.
As you have been able to appreciate, Runic Skyclaw is a card with values typical of an epic card. Its characteristics and abilities make it a real nightmare for the enemy.
Its high speed ensures us to hit almost for sure and its ability Flying is ideal with the Earthquake condition.
It's a pity its high cost, which will limit its use. However, it does not have a mana cost of 10 or more, which is also an advantage since it is not affected by the Giant Killer ability.
Como habéis podido apreciar, Runic Skyclaw es una carta con unos valores propios de una carta épica. Su características y habilidades la convierten en una auténtica pesadilla para el enemigo.
Su alta velocidad nos aseguran golpear casi con toda seguridad y su habilidad Flying es ideal con la condición Earthquake.
Lástima su elevado coste, el cual nos limitará mucho su uso. Aún así no tiene un coste de maná de 10 o más lo que también es una ventaja ya que no le afecta la habilidad Giant Killer.

Haven't tried Runic Skyclaw, but her stats alone belongs to a beast. 😊
I also liked how you used Chaos Dragon to protect you backline from being Sniped.

Chaos Dragon is a beast no matter where you put it. Besides, if you don't want its attack to be random, put it in the first position and it will attack the first creature of your opponent. One of my favorite cards.
