Pelacor Arbalests are armed with powerful crossbows enchanted to fire bolts at extremely long distances. They are trained to wield a crossbow in each hand and can fire both simultaneously with deadly accuracy. Compounded with the Pelacor's excellent eyesight and nimble dexterity, these sharpshooters are extremely useful as snipers on the battlefield.

Pelacor Arbalest is a Life Splinter card from the Chaos Legion edition. The creature that costs 6 points of mana and has 2 points of ranged attack, 2 points of speed and 2 points of life, all this at level 1.

Pelacor Arbalest es una carta del Splinter Vida de la edición Chaos Legion. La criatura que cuesta 6 puntos de maná y tiene 2 puntos de ataque a distancia, 2 puntos de velocidad y 2 puntos de vida, todo esto a nivel 1.

Pelacor Arbalest has the ability Double Strike from his level 1 and from level 5 he also gets the ability Flying.

Pelacor Arbalest dispone de la habilidad Double Strike desde su nivel 1 y a partir del nivel 5 consigue además la habilidad Flying.

Thanks to the ability Double Strike, Pelacor Arbalest becomes a fearsome opponent because besides having a good attack, being able to do it from a distance gives us the possibility to protect it, avoiding to put it in the first places of the battlefield. It is highly recommended to level him up, if our summoner allows it, at least up to lvl. 3 in which it would gain 1 point of life per level and it would not be such a weak creature.

Gracias a la habilidad Double Strike, Pelacor Arbalest se convierte en un temible oponente ya que además de poseer un buen ataque, al poder hacerlo a distancia nos la da posibilidad de poder protegerlo, evitando ponerlo en los primeros lugares del campo de batalla. Es muy recomendable subirlo de nivel, si nuestro invocador nos lo permite, al menos hasta el lvl. 3 en el que ganaría 1 punto de vida por nivel y ya no sería una criatura tan débil.

The battle selected to comment on is one in which I face an enemy with very powerful high-level cards. In it I concentrate all the power in 2 cards, while the rest are going to try to hinder the enemy's attacks.

La batalla seleccionada para comentar, es una en la que me enfrento a un enemigo con cartas muy poderosas de alto nivel. En ella concentro todo el poder en 2 cartas, mientras que el resto van a intentar obstaculizar los ataques de enemigo.

Summoner: General Sloan

If we used Pelacor Arbalest we will most likely boost its attacks with this summoner. A perfect combination.

Si usábamos a Pelacor Arbalest lo más probable es que potenciemos sus ataques con ésta invocadora. Una combinación perfecta.

Position 1: Pelacor Conjurer

In first position we will put Pelacor Conjurer for being a creature with very low mana cost, good life and speed and perfect to counter magical attacks.

En primera posición pondremos a Pelacor Conjurer por ser una criatura de muy bajo coste de maná, buena vida y velocidad y perfecta para contrarrestar ataques mágicos.

Position 2: Soul Fiend

Second position for Soul Fiend. Whenever possible use all 0 mana cost cards to at least make the enemy lose an attack on them.

Segunda posición para Soul Fiend. Siempre que sea posible hay que usar todas las cartas de 0 coste de maná para que al menos hacer perder un ataque del enemigo en ellas.

Position 3: Creeping Ooze

Third position for Creeping Ooze, our strategy is to slow down the enemy so that he misses as many of his attacks as possible. This card is perfect for its low mana cost.

Tercera posición para Creeping Ooze, nuestra estrategia es ralentizar al enemigo para que falle la mayor cantidad de sus ataques. Ésta carta es perfecta por su bajo coste de maná.

Position 4: Time Mage

*In fourth position we will put Time Mage, who at level 3 already has 2 magic attack points and also has the Slow ability to continue slowing down the enemy.

En cuarta posición pondremos a Time Mage, que a nivel 3 ya tiene 2 puntos de ataque mágico y además dispone de la habilidad Slow para seguir ralentizando al enemigo.

Position 5: Pelacor Arbalest

Fifth position for Pelacor Arbalest, well protected and ready to attack the enemies mercilessly for 2 times. His attack is going to be devastating.

Quinta posición para Pelacor Arbalest, bien protegido y lista para atacar sin piedad a los enemigos por 2 veces. Su ataque va a ser demoledor.

Position 6: Peacebringer

Finally we will put Peacebringer, for being a creature with very balanced stats, lots of ranged attack, good speed and life.

Por último pondremos a Peacebringer, por ser una criatura de unas estadísticas muy equilibradas, mucha ataque a distancia, buena velocidad y vida.

Combat comments: My enemy plays with a combination of melee and magic attack cards. He uses Haunted Spirit in first position, which can be very dangerous because of its healing ability. If we manage to defeat him soon it will be a success. The rest of his creatures won't give us any problems thanks to our Pelacor Conjurer.

Mi enemigo juega con una combinación de cartas de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y mágico. Utiliza en primera posición a Haunted Spirit que puede resultar muy peligroso por su habilidad de curar. Si conseguimos derrotarlo pronto será un éxito. El resto de sus criaturas no creo que nos den problemas gracias a nuestro Pelacor Conjurer.

We are lucky enough to hit first and do it in a very forceful way, eliminating Haunted Spirit before it can hit us. Afterwards the combat is easier and the time we have Pelacor Conjurer on the battlefield is returning the magical attacks received while the rest of my creatures hit mercilessly until giving me the victory.

Tenemos la suerte de golpear primero y hacer de forma muy contundente, eliminando a Haunted Spirit antes de que nos pueda golpear. Después el combate es más sencillo y el tiempo que tenemos a Pelacor Conjurer en el campo de batalla va devolviendo los ataque mágicos recibidos mientras el resto de mis criaturas golpean sin piedad hasta darme la vitoria.

My opinion

Pelacor Arbalest is one of the cards I use the most in Splinterlands. It has given the Splinter Vida the touch of aggressiveness it needed thanks to its Double Strike ability. This combined with the summoner General Sloan makes him a very powerful and feared creature.

Pelacor Arbalest es una de las cartas que más uso en Splinterlands. Le ha dado al Splinter Vida el toque de agresividad que necesitaba gracias a su habilidad Double Strike. Esto combinándolo con la invocadora General Sloan lo vuelven una criatura muy poderosa y temida.

It is really important to be able to raise it to level 3 so that it has at least 4 health points, with that we will have a creature that will be able to withstand a hit or 2 before dying and hit several times very effectively.

Es realmente importante poder subirla a nivel 3 para que al menos tenga 4 puntos de vida, con eso tendremos una criatura que podrá aguantar un golpe o 2 antes de morir y golpear varias veces con mucha efectividad.
