Update on Market Rentals, Tournaments

Devs should have an update for splinterland market rentals, tournaments for saving our desire filters

Card rentals we can choose what Filter that it doesn't reset

Tournament so we don't have to find our In progress tournaments. and Rules that we want.

Desire level cards so we don't have to manually change.

Most importantly reset filter if you desire the previous one.
