Byzantine kitty counter? A idea of new card :)

In a previous video, @Hawks21 declared his opinion that Kitty is the most OP summoner in the game, while challenging us to try to design a card that would work well in opposition to this summoner while not breaking the game.

I thought about it for sime time and came up with an idea. In my opinion, Kitty's biggest advantage is the +2 speed buff combined with true strike. This means that cards under this summoner are very hard to hitt, and at the same time they themselves never miss If we want to design a counter against Kitty, we need to focus on how to counterbalance these properties of Byzantine kitty.

So how do we do that? We need to bring something to the game that turns kitty’s greatest strengths into a disadvantage. For that reason, I would suggest a new abilities First one is "false". The essence of this ability would be that it would reverse the logic of the game. So, every time a monster should count a hit, it would count a miss, and vice versa - a miss would count as a hit.

If we were to do something like this, we would have to solve one major problem – such a card would likely be immortal against the kitty. The only way to make a damage would be by splash damage, and damage from thorns (possibly reflect magic or return fire). This could be solved by a second new ability called "loneliness" A card that had this ability would die instantly if it was the last card on the battlefield.

What would this card look like in real life? Let's say, for example:

At lvl one it would be a standard card that could be used in many situations as a tank. From lvl 2 onwards the new abilities would be applied. Remember, the essence of this card would be to count "miss as a hit and hit as a miss " it should have the lowest possible speed at the highest level. And at the same time the abilities of Phase would have to be maintained to make it hittable by magic.

This card would be useful not only against Kitty, but also against other opponents that rely on speed or TrueStrike. Stats like HP, speed, etc. are of course only indicative, but you get my point, right? :)
