Buying & Opening my First Chaos Legion Pack

Hello lovelies. It's cool to be tell you of my growth in the splinterlands gaming journey. Here's where my decision to get serious with Hive started, I am happy that I am also growing in my acquaintance in the game and investment-wise.

Today, I purchased my first Chaos Legion pack in a bid to start adding more value to my splinterlands card deck. I've been purchasing Riftwatchers pack in the past and decided to start up with stacking Chaos Legion pack of cards. Below are the screenshots of the pack opened and pack detail.

This purcahse was made via hive-engine market. I know that I'm losing out of possible airdrop rewards for those who buy CL packs in-game. But the comparative price of getting it half cheaper in the hive-engine market helped me take the decision.

I purchased the 1 CHAOS token for 4.85 SWAP.HIVE which is equivalent to around 2,000 DEC. This is me trying to compound my splinterlands profits.

Sometime in the the past, I opened one of my Riftwatchers pack and realized around $10 worth of cards. I sold some, rented out some and still earning DEC rewards. Past of the profit from the card sale and rent was used to buy this new card pack.

Among the cards were two neutral cards, 2 life cards, and 1 death card. All except one were common cards.

All the cards revealed in this CL pack are for splinterlands battles. My new addition of cards has increased my Deck power by 40 and that i cool for a starter.

It is great to see that my splinterlands card deck is growing uniquely by the day and it will continue to grow. Splinterlands assets are top on my priority lists of crypto investment options for 2023.

I hope to buy and open 2 more CL packs in the next few days before the year runs out. I hope I get lucky to open some gold and legendary cards this time.
