Staking 50 GLX more towards my 2022 staking Goal
Some days ago, I outlined Top Three (3) Profitable Ways to Earn GLX, among which staking GLX is what I call the juiciest. Staking GLX mints you GLX and GLGT tokens in seconds and minutes depending on the amount of GLX staked.
At the time of that post, the APY for staking GLX was close to 1,000%. yes, you read it right, 1,000 % APY, but it's been gradually reducing with the total number of GlX staked continues to grow. So far less than 20 million GLX has been staked in all. This is about one-fifth of the 100 million GLX allocated as staking rewards. That means that staking GLX now would be around 500% APY.
Such is an amazing reward for being an early supporter of the new sports gaming platform created by Splinterlands. Genesis League Sports has been on my radar and I hope to engage this platform from the very beginning. This is why I started staking GLX from the very first week.
My GLX staking goal for 2022 was 200 but the way things are changing in the platform made me change my mind and adjust the goal to 300. As at yesterday, my GLX stake stood at 213.194. I had not claimed my GLX for a couple of days and today the rewards accumulated to 21.566. That's BIG and HUGE!
Today, I bought an additional 28 GLX in hive-engine and transferred same to the Genesis League Sports platform for staking. Here is the transaction link.

I am so happy to stake 50 GLX more this morning. This brings my total GLX staked to 263. This makes me only 37 GLX less than my 2022 staking goal. I am not taking this win lightly.
many congratulations to myself on this feat during the bear market. My GLX stake is ahead of my SPS sake and may even double it if everything goes as planned in the days ahead before breaking into year 2023.
What are your Goals for the GLX token?
With the prospects in Genesis league Sports and the present profit that staking GLX is paying, it should not be ignored by anyone interested in play to earn or on the hive blockchain. I am a practical example of how one can build a crypto portfolio from through the support of splinterlands curation. The decision I took a few months ago is really paying off.
I will be a year old on the Hive blockchain in three days and there are many things to be grateful for in this awesome crypto community and socialmedia.

This is the cycle of any staing project but the main thing we have to is usecase. I believe in GLX because it is splinterlands projects and they will announce something big on this soon.
