Today I will show you a battle using the Deeplurker card that I consider very useful in the water deck and if you haven't used it yet then you should start using it because it may be the card you need to win more battles.

The first thing I can say is that it is a card from the chaos legion edition and as you know with the arrival of this edition came many incredible cards and Deeplurker is one of them and one of the things that can prove this despite only being a small detail is its value in the market.

imag 14.png

It is currently being priced at $0.25 and is the most expensive common card of this edition, in addition its value is almost 8x the value of another common card of the same edition and that is a lot, that alone already shows that it is a letter that catches people's attention.

But that alone is not enough to define whether or not it is a good card so let's talk about its usefulness in battles.

imag 13.png

As you can see it is a common card from the chaos legion edition as I said before and it has a mana cost of 6 which I consider reasonable since it is not low and not that high but you can believe that it is worth that cost and I will show you why.

The first thing to highlight is his attack which is already high even at the lowest level and everyone knows that although the attack is not everything in a battle it is still something very important, the second thing is the Opportunity skill that makes him attack card with lower health and this is important since the chances of having one less card in the enemy field are higher and this can make a difference in battle, but a negative point in it is its speed which is low but you can't have everything do not you think?

The skill Opportunity is just one of the ones he has, in addition to it he also has the skill Poison from level 6 which makes him have a chance to apply this effect and deal 2 damage to the card hit at the end of the turn which increases the chances of the card being defeated and it also has the ability Demoralize which reduces the melee attack of enemy cards by 1 so it will do a lot of damage and still make enemy cards do less damage when they attack.

Deeplurker is certainly a card that can be used in various types of battles and can even be the card that will define victory in that game, so I will show you how he is on the battlefield and also what cards I usually use with him.

imag 7.png

The first card I use is summoner Kelya Frendul and she is probably the most used card in the water deck nowadays and it's no wonder since it grants +1 speed to all allied cards which is very important since causes some cards to attack before the enemy and also grants +1 shield and this causes the first attack of melee or ranged cards to be practically nullified which can make a difference in battle.

imag 9.png

The second card I use is the Serpent of Eld and I put him in the first position since he has a good defense and also the Dodge ability that increases the chances of dodging melee and ranged attacks which is very useful since he has a good speed, you must have fought this card or even used it and seen how amazing it is on the battlefield.

imag 2.png

The third card used is Wave Runner and he occupies the second position thanks to the Reach ability that allows you to attack from that position, he also has the Knock Out ability that makes his attack double when attacking stunned cards but in this game it won't be useful, the main reason for his choice is he has enough agility to attack before and also a lot of attack. in addition to a good health to withstand enemy attacks.

imag 8.png

The fourth card used and that occupies the fourth position is the Pelacor Bandit and he has a reasonable amount of attack but the main reason for his choice was to have the low mana cost and also the Fly ability that makes him dodge many attacks , in addition he has good speed so he will attack first and also the Sneak skill making him attack the enemy card in the last position which is usually very vulnerable so there is a good chance he will defeat it.

imag 4.png

The fifth card used is the Deeplurker and you already know how he will be useful in this battle, besides the Pelacor Bandid will make it easier for him to defeat the cards since he will attack the cards in the last position that usually have less life so the Deeplurker will there finish the service.

imag 3.png

The sixth card and the one that occupies the fifth position is the Naga Windmaster and I chose him because he has a low mana cost and a reasonable amount of attack, in addition he has the ability Headwinds that reduces the ranged attack of enemy cards by 1 so It is very useful in battles as the less offensive power the enemy has, the better for you.

imag 6.png

And the last card chosen was the Sniping Narwhal and its main function will be to cause damage since it has 3 attack and also prioritize ranged and magic cards thanks to the snipe ability and these cards are usually problematic in matches so when sooner defeat them it is better.

Now let's go to battle.

BATTLE

imag 10.png

The first thing I can say about the battle is that Kelya Frendul was a good choice and I don't say that for the shield since the enemy only has magic cards but for the speed it grants since in this battle it has the Explosive Weaponry rule that grants the blast skill for all cards.

imag 16.png

The image above describes the blast skill in case you don't know it.

imag 11.png

In the first round I managed to eliminate half of the enemy cards since most of my cards attacked first and that meant that I didn't lose any of my cards in that round since the enemy had almost no chance to attack.

imag 12.png

And at the end of the second round the victory was decided in an overwhelming way as I only lost one card, and you can believe that Deeplurker's high attack made a big difference.

It was a quick battle but it shows how not only is Deeplurker efficient but all these cards so if you like the water deck it would be a good idea to play more often with Deeplurker or these cards.
