Today I will talk about goblins and yes I know they are creatures that are not well regarded because of their atrocities, but in splinterlands there is a place called the wizards' tower and in this place the goblins go to learn to use skills and psychics, the goblins use these abilities to do work in the city or become adventurers and practice to become a full-fledged summoner. It seems that they have stopped doing atrocities and are starting to become more civilized, and they are called the Psychic Goblin.

Now let's get to know about their abilities and see what they learned in The Magi Tower.

As we are talking about psychic abilities, so you can already understand that its attack is of the magic type, the first thing to notice in Goblin Psychic is that its magic attack is reasonable but its speed is extremely low so it will be one of the last cards on the field to attack and this is not usually very good as his health at lower levels is usually low so he can be defeated even before he has a chance to attack. At higher levels the only thing that changes is health and abilities so that speed is going to be a big problem for him unless the rule is in his favor like Reverse Speed.

When you use him in battle keep an eye on it and set a strategy where he won't be defeated so easily because if he is defeated you will lose incredible support for your team, now let's talk about the skills.

The first skill he is able to use and this happens at all levels is Tank Heal and with this skill he is able to heal the card in the first position by 1/3 of his based on her max health, I'll leave it a more detailed description below but my opinion about this skill is that it is very good in battles because it makes cards in the first position survive longer so they will be an excellent defense for your team.

Tank Heal - Restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round. 1/3 of the monsters max health rounded down is restored.

His second skill that is used from level 4 is affliction and this skill makes him have a chance every time he attacks a card to make it unable to heal, like cards that heal or have a card on the team that does that. for them is something very strong in a battle so rendering her incapable of that can be a big move for your side so it's a good skill.

Affliction - When a Monster with Affliction hits a target, it has a 50% chance of applying Affliction on the target making it un-healable.

His third skill that is used from level 7 is Silence and it causes enemy cards with magic attack to have their attack reduced by 1 while the Goblin Psychic is on the field, so in addition to healing and cutting enemy healing it will still reducing the attack of enemy magic cards that are usually very frequent in battles so it will be very useful.

Silence - Reduces the Magic Attack of all enemy Monsters by 1.

And its fourth and final skill is Dispel and it is used from level 10 and makes every time the Goblin Psychic attacks a card it clears all the positive stats of that card, I don't consider it an extremely useful skill but in battle sure it can give you a big advantage.

Dispel - When this monster hits an enemy, it clears all positive status effects on that enemy.

Now that you know what the Psychic Goblin learned in The Magi Tower so how about seeing him in battle?

As the Psychic Goblin has magic attack and most of my cards used in this battle too, so the Obsidian summoner will be a great choice to increase their magic attack.

On the front line of the battle I put the Flesh Golem at level 5 so he has 3 attack and that's a lot and also the Heal skill that will be of extreme help in this battle since he will heal and the Goblin Psychic will also heal him, you can believe that it will be very difficult for the enemy team to deal with this combination.

In second position I put Regal Peryton which is a magic card with a lot of agility so he will attack first most of the time and also has the Fly ability that helps him dodge attacks, and I think you know how this card dodges many attacks so it will be a good choice for this position.

The third position is occupied by Screeching Vulture which is also a card with good speed and Fly ability and in addition it has the Opportunity ability that makes it attack the card with the lowest health so it will be very useful to make the last attack on enemy cards and defeat them.

In fourth position we have the Goblin Sorcerer who is also a goblin with magic attack so the Goblin Psychic is not the only one and he has the Sneak ability that makes him attack the last position card, in addition he has 3 attack thanks to Obsidian will then do a lot of damage in this battle.

Soon after we have the Goblin Psychic and its main functions will be to deal damage as it will also have 3 magic attack thanks to Obsidian and also heal the card in the first position which will help a lot in this battle

And finally there's Earth Elemental which is a ranged card so it doesn't attack in the first position so putting it the furthest away from it is ideal and it also has the Heal skill but this skill will only be useful if you have any enemy cards that can attack him in that position.

WATCH THE FULL BATTLE

This battle will be practically a mage against mages since most of the cards on both sides are magic and as you can see the card in his first position which is the Unicorn Mustang has the advantage of having the Void ability that reduces magic damage received so it will be a big problem for my team but i have a lot of healing in my team so we will see the result.

In the first round there were a lot of attacks but the only casualty was on the enemy team since he had the Mycelic Slipspawn card that has the Taunt skill so he received most of the attacks and was defeated, on my side I still haven't had any casualties but we'll see what happens.

In the second round he lost another card that was the Goblin Tower (where do so many goblins come from? ) and that was thanks to the Goblin Sorcerer with the Sneak ability that has 3 magic attack and was the exact attack to defeat this card. And on my side I ended up losing the Flesh Golem because he received too many attacks so the healing wasn't enough.

In the third round he lost the Goblin Psychic again thanks to the Goblin Sorcerer (this is a real goblin slayer) and I lost my Regal Peryton.

In the fourth round he lost the Unicorn Mustang so my magic cards don't have to shake anymore and the match became easier as I can use the full potential of my magic cards and I lost the Screeching Vulture.

In the fifth round I lost my Goblin Sorcerer and it was a big loss but I still have the Goblin Psychic which is in the first position so it will heal and save the day. The battle is 2 vs 2 but who will be the winner?

In the sixth round he lost the Venari Knifer and I still have 2 cards so it became 2 vs 1 and as you can see his Regal Peryton doesn't have enough damage to defeat my Goblin Psychic since he heals in the same amount the enemy card attacks, so the battle is already decided.

And I must admit that it was a very intense battle because I really didn't know if I would win or not, any detail in the battle could change the course of it but in the end I managed to win and I'm happy to have one of those battles. See you next time and I hope you enjoyed the battle too.
