In this post I will unravel the mystery of how many reward chests you earn in each league and also give tips on how to maximize your earnings with them. I know it may seem like a small thing but I believe that many people have this question, especially beginners in the game, so let's start with the basics so that this also serves as a guide.

I will start with the reward system in ranked battles and also tips on how to maximize your dec gains in them.

Ranked Rewards:
  • Each time you win a game in Ranked play mode you will earn DEC.( With the exception of the Novice and Bronze 3 league where you don't earn DEC, only from Bronze 2 onwards you start earning.)

  • Additionally, if you win two or more games in a row, you will receive bonus DEC for being on a win streak.

  • Using Gold foil, Promo/Alpha Edition cards also give bonus DEC

  • Being in a guild again adds to the DEC that you receive per win.

With this information you can already understand how the winning system works and if you want to maximize your winnings in the matches then moving up in the league is the best way, but using Gold cards or Promo/Alpha/Beta cards will greatly increase your earnings and also belong to a guild. Splinterlands is a strategy game that also mixes investments so it's always good to think about the best way to have fun and also profit from it.

Season Rewards:
  • Around every 15 days you will receive end of season reward chests. The number of chests you will receive depends on your CURRENT league before the particular season ends.

Remembering that to earn the season reward you need to have the necessary power for the league you are in, let's assume you have points for Gold 3 but you only have 40000 power so your power is only for silver league 2 and you will receive the silver reward 2, if you want to receive the gold reward 3 then you will have to have 100000 power which is necessary for this league.

Daily Rewards:
  • On the Battle screen you will see information about your current daily quest.

  • You receive a random quest every 23 hours.

  • Each time you win a game using the Splinter mentioned in your quest, your quest progress bar will increase.

  • Once you have won the 5 games using the Splinter mentioned in your quest (3 in case of "No Neutral Quest"), a button will become active that allows you to claim your rewards.

  • Additionally you can request a new quest if you do not like the quest you were given, however this can only be done once per day.

  • Please note that the Summoner used in the battle must be from the Splinter specified in your quest for the battle to count towards your quest progress.

  • Using a Dragon Summoner with Monsters from your quest Splinter will not count.

In this part, a valuable tip I can give you is how to maximize your daily rewards earnings if you rent cards to complete them. First whenever you get a new quest, another quest is being prepared and will be ready in 23 hours and that starts the account regardless of whether you completed the currently active quest or not, so you don't need to do anything on that quest you received and the timer for the next mission starts to run. So my tip is the following, whenever you receive a new mission wait some time before starting to rent cards to complete it, because that way it will give more time for the next mission is closer to appear and as the rent lasts only 24 hours (if you chose for 1 day which is ideal for this situation) then before the end of the 24 hours you will have another mission to do and so you will be able to do 2 missions spending only 1x renting the cards, but as the time interval between 23 hours and 24 hours is little so the ideal is to wait some time so that you don't have problems and can complete the next mission.

But if you are the greedy type then there is another way to maximize the gains even more but you will have to race against time. What you need to do is the following, receive the first mission and the 23 hours timer of the next mission will start counting so wait for the 23 hours to finish and start renting cards because then you will have 2 missions ready, the first one you received and the next mission will also be ready as soon as you finish the first one, but you will have to be quick to rent the cards because once you finish renting them you will run to finish the first mission and once you finish it the second mission will is ready and the timer for the third mission is already ticking and it takes 23 hours for the mission to be ready, so you will only have 1 hour of rent left to complete the third mission since the rent is 24 hours, but you have to discount the time spent to rent the cards and also the time to complete the first mission because only then the third mission will start counting at 23 hours so in the end you will only have about 30 minutes if you Asked to complete the third mission, if you're audacious then it's a great option to maximize your earnings and it doesn't hurt to try because at least 2 missions you will have completed.

Number of Reward Chests:

This is the number of chests you get per league in daily missions.

Contents In Reward Chests:

This is the percentage of earnings from each item that chests drop in daily quests and also in end-of-season chests.

In addition, it was also recently added in the daily missions chests and end of season chests the chance to get legion chaos packs where 1000 packs are distributed daily while the packs are sold and the chances of getting a pack are the same chances of get an epic card in the chests, so it's a great opportunity for those who play splinterlands and also for those who maximize their earnings with daily quests.

And finally, I will ask one last question that is very frequent among players, which is the amount of Dec/Credit you can earn in chests.

- Credits

Credits are an in-game currency that can't be transferred or exchanged. Credits may be used to purchase items in the shop or marketplace.

In the rewards chest, you can earn anywhere between 1 - 37,500 Credits per reward chest.

- Potions

You can earn either a Legendary potion or an Alchemy potion in a reward chest.

Legendary potions double your chances for a Legendary card when opening a card pack.

Alchemy potions double your chances for a Gold Foil card when opening a card pack.

- DEC

Dark Energy Crystals (DEC) are the official in-game currency of Splinterlands. They are the main reward for playing Splinterlands, and they can be transferred in and out of accounts freely, as well as being used for purchases in the shop or marketplace.

In the rewards chest, you can earn anywhere between 1 - 37,500 DEC per reward chest.

- Cards

There are exclusive Reward summoners/monsters that can only be earned from reward chests. These Reward cards have a maxed print supply, and when reached, a new set of Reward cards will be created and rotated into the Reward card pool.
