Hello everyone, I wanted to show you the 150 chests that I opened. YES! Within two days, I opened 150 Bronze Chests. I have free time on weekends, Splinterlands just got a new update with a new reward system, and I have alt accounts that haven't been touched in 2-3 seasons. What's left to do? Play Splinterlands!

The rental market is typically down/low at the start of the season. However, rental prices have dropped even further as a result of the new update. And it costs me 150 - 200 DEC to rent a max silver deck.

1.) ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS

You'll need at least 5 alternate accounts to get the 150 chests, and each of them must obtain the 30 daily reward chest. If you don't have any alternate accounts, you can buy it for $10 and Splinterlands will give you $3 in credits, which makes it possible to get that 30 chests. You can create more accounts here.

2.) TIME

If you already have the accounts set up, all you need now is TIME! It took me 1 - 2 hours to complete my grind in a single account, and I started playing from 100% ECR to 50%, but it could take longer or shorter. It is entirely up to you, but the main goal is to complete the 30 CHEST. Renting the cards takes me about 15 - 30 minutes because I am almost renting all of the available cheap cards in my FOCUS SPLINTER. You may also require more RC/HP because renting a large number of cards will cost a lot of HP, and you can visit gifter, where they are delegating free HP.

3.) DEC

Since we mention that we need to rent/own the cards, you will need DEC/CREDITS to be able to do that. You must have at least 200 - 300 DEC or 500 credits, but keep in mind that the rental prices of cards change from time to time, so you may need less or more DEC/CREDITS to rent those cards. If you don't have any DEC or CREDITS available, you can purchase them on the Splinterlands website with Paypal or Crypto coins.

4.) CARDS

You will need a lot of cards because we are going to focus on 1 splinter only.
Which are:

• SUMMONERS that can boost your Melee or Range/Magic Monsters.
• Monsters that you can play in both 99 MANA CAP or 12.
• Monsters that will help you win against MAGIC line-ups.
• Monsters that can counter heavy MELEE line-ups.
• High-speed monsters and these monsters will help you win most of the time
• Slow or monsters that have Low Speed that you can utilize in the REVERSE SPEED ruleset.
• At least 3 monsters that have FLYING ability.
• Monsters that have CLEANSE, SELF HEAL, and IMMUNITY ability.

These cards are a must because you need to have all the cards that will help you win in any rulesets and mana caps.

5.) WINNING

The most important aspect is WINNING. Since you already meet all of the prerequisites, the only thing left is to WIN, and the question is, "How do you win?" Yes, this is the most difficult part; you must study your cards. Splintertools is the best website to study and learn from and the most effective way to win is to counter the opponent's lineup/strategy.

This is my favorite lineup and I use this all the time when I play FIRE splinter.

Usually in this ruleset, the enemy will go for heavy magic damage or blast damage lineup which is why I usually use this. But, this lineup can easily be countered, and you can always change the position of monsters to your liking.

VS MAGIC

If I am up against a heavy magic lineup, my main strategy is to choose a tank that can counter them, such as the abilities VOID, VOID ARMOR, or REFLECT, and if I am confident that my tank can last for two rounds, I will choose monsters with high speed that can eliminate the enemy before they can take their turn, and if the TANK can't hold for two rounds, I will pick a secondary tank.

This is the usual lineup I use against Heavy Magic lineups, but it is very vulnerable to monsters with Thorns ability or DODGE/FLYING that will cause my monsters to miss. However, we can always switch up our damage dealers; instead of SNEAK & OPPORTUNITY monsters, I'll go with range/magic monsters.

With the KEEP YOUR DISTANCE ruleset, the Magic/Range lineup)

We always need an advantage over the enemy with this ruleset, and that advantage can be obtained from your summoner.

Examples:

• ALRIC & OBSIDIAN will increase your magical damage, allowing you to defeat enemy monsters faster.
• OWSTER ROTWELL & THADDIUS BROOD, these summoners are natural counters to magical damage, so you only need to worry about range damage monsters if you have them.

With this ruleset, there are more and better summoners to have, but you must always have a plan when positioning and choosing your monsters/summoners.

Because I only have PYRE and MATRIC as fire summoners, I chose PYRE for his +1 speed ability. Because speed is already in my summoner, I need monsters with high speed to help me win the game.

This is a 31 mana cap game, so my first position monster has high HP and will tank magical damage, while my second position monster has the Shield ability and will be great against physical damage, and the rest of the monsters are either high speed or utility monsters that will help me win the game.

VS HEAVY MELEE (27 MANA CAP GAME )

To win against a heavy melee lineup, select monsters with THORNS, SHIELD, FLYING, and DODGE. To counter any SNEAK monsters, make sure your backline or last position monster has armor or any of these abilities.

AFTERWORDS

My main goal was to collect 30 chests and play until I reached 50% ECR, at which point I would stop playing or switch to another account; it took me 9 hours to complete all of my accounts in two days. Without including the DEC rewards, I made between 50 and 100 DEC from the rank battles. However, the rental prices have increased (2x the previous cost that I had), making it difficult to recoup the DEC that you spent renting in rank battles alone; profits will be determined by the chests that you obtain.
The quality of chests varies greatly; the BRONZE chest provides less DEC and more potions, whereas the GOLD chest provides thousands of DEC and a greater chance of receiving GOLD FOILS and chaos legion packs. This is why, if you intend to collect more cards, bronze chests are ideal, whereas higher leagues offer more valuable rewards and cards.
